To start the quality of these apartments are nearly terrible. The unit i was in had a huge crack under the door so cold air would constantly come in. Stuff was always breaking. The kitchen cabinets are a thin layer of plastic that resembles wood but they peel off on every corner, especially when you try to clean them. There was once a leak in the unit next to mine and my whole bathroom flooded, the water soaked into the carpet outside of my bathroom as well. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door or above/below you. They only offer one specific company for WiFi, that is terribly

I can't speak for anyone else or their experiences at Woodcreek but I can say this...
When reading reviews consider the size of this place. (31 buildings and 745 units) Consider that any one person who is disappointed (for legitimate reasons or not) writes a review and satisfied people rarely write reviews at all. They're satisfied and just living their lives quietly.
I'm personally satisfied. I've been here 6 or 7 years now and I am about to renew my lease for another year. I've never had to wait long for maintenance staff to address a minor issue and in the last year when a pipe broke in my

All the bad reviews on here are true . I have been here a year and nothing but issues . Of course they would not let me see my apartment before I moved in, when I moved in my apartment was INFESTED with spiders . It didn’t stop there . They so called “sprayed” I keep getting spiders , centipedes , roly polys , all these bugs never stop . They recently sprayed a week ago , I have found a spider / silver fish every single day. I get spider webs in my kitchen pantry. Every time I sweep I find a baby spider . The laundry room is infested even worse. The hall ways , the patio

Do not live here!!! This place will charge you every penny you have just to make money!!! My grandfather and Father in Law both passed sudden very close to when our lease was to end. We made a difficult decision to move states away so we could be closer with our families. They charged us right under a thousand dollars! When I kindly called to explain our situation they said there’s nothing they can do. Then I get a letter saying that there were an extra $700 of damages to our apartment and that we are being billed almost $500 of it. Tired of this place and tired of their shady values towards

Went through the hassle of applying for an apartment, it seemed perfect due to how close it was to my college and the cost was in my budget.
The leasing agent had me view the model apartment at the complex and it was gorgeous, I was absolutely dead set on wanting to live here.
Skip to a few months later and I finally get to view my apartment, thank god I didn't sign the lease... It was an absolute nightmare, there were dents in the walls, clumped or not enough paint on walls and fixtures. In general- the apartment appeared to be in absolute disrepair

I cannot think of a single good thing of living here.
This is a long review but there is just too much wrong with this place.
Upon moving in, we immediately had trouble with noisy neighbors who did not do anything to change upon us asking and the office did nothing either. Beyond the neighbors blasting music at 2 am, I can hear every footstep from the people above us. This is not their fault, but shows that this place has zero noise proofing whatsoever.
Another issue was the dirty carpet, moldy toilet, gaps in the shower, the screen door not even being fully attached (Has since completely fallen

I lived here for about 9 months. Can't really complain. It's quiet and the management is professional and keeps everything functioning. Sidewalks and driveways are clear in the winter. The state park is really close as well as a couple of grocery stores. Only two people were murdered here while I was a resident. I personally think "murder" is a strong word for a fentanyl OD, but I guess the district attorney takes these things seriously. 5/7 would stay again.
