When you purchase an RV you can expect to have issues with it, especially as fast as they are throwing them together now. When we purchased our NEW camper in July of 2020 we had issues and the service department there helped us out. It took 3 trips for the same issue to get resolved but it did get resolved with helpful, friendly people. There has been a complete restructure of the service department since then and it is lacking in every aspect I can think of. They are rude, dishonest, unorganized, slow, and unknowlegable to mention a few. The process of the sale at the time of purchase was quick

This is referring to the service at Ron Hoover in Willis. Took my 2021 90 hp Mercury , which had 15 hrs on it, developed an oil leak around the oil drain plug, service manager stated that this was not a warranty item, quoted 175, when we took it in, they said they were a week out, now going on a month, I called mercury customer service, and was told it was under warranty, at this time I was told I would need to take it back to dealer where I bought it, by Ron Hoover, very poor service Paul tucker

I would NOT use Ron Hoovers if you want any follow up service after the purchase. I bought an $80,000 boat and wanted a second canopy added (which by the way was included on EVERY other boat dealer I looked at). Working with the service department is like working with the Keystone Cops. Lots of running around, nothing getting accomplished, nobody knows what is going on. I spoke with the General Manager and he did not seemed concerned at all with my experience.

Can't say enough about my boat buying experience with Ron Hoover RV & Marine of North Houston. I waited decades to finally be in a position to buy my bass boat (2021 Vexus 1880) and the purchasing process was extremely smooth. Judson was my sales rep and he was great to deal with. I also really appreciated Andrew in the service department taking me on the lake and going over everything on my boat in detail. I had ordered some custom items and Andrew showed great attention to detail in making sure the rigging (especially my Livescope set-up) was as neat and clean as if it had been done at the Vexus

The buying experience was excellent as far as information goes. I bought an 28ft RV few months ago and I used it for 30 days during a dry month. I've had it stored for one month and then had in laws over at the house for the Thanksgiving to Christmas holidays 2020. When the weathers nice the RV is fantastic but it went through its first rain beginning of Dec 2020 and the side out leaks horribly.. its beginning to water log the trim and top of the slide out. I've tried contacting service department several times where they place me on hold for 30 to 40 min. This is not a answering service mind you

Great place! Barry T was a great sales person, Woodrow was a fantastic tech and Gilbert was helpful in the finance process. Definitely recommend this company! UPDATE: we just looked and realized they never actually put the pin back to keep the rv connected to our truck. Severe negligence that could've cost lives. We traveled on 45 and 99! If they don't get us a replacement pin immediately for the one of ours they kept, I'll be sharing this review on many other platforms. They're to mail it today.

Great experience with our purchase of a new Godfrey Pontoon boat from RHNH. Robert was on point and knew his business. And best of all when he was not 100% sure he brought someone over to answer technical details. I would highly recommend talking with Robert when you buy your next boat. Gen Manager come over and spent some time with us addressing questions and help us get a good trade on our runabout. Finance guy was honest and straight forward and brought us the best deal. The guy that took us out for a test / intro run prior to signing the papers was great and walked us thru the ins and outs

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been to many boat dealers and it always seemed like they were doing me a favor to buy from them. Not here. Everyone in the store was friendly and bent over backwards to help. No high pressure salesmen! They answered every question and seemed genuinely interested in finding the perfect boat that met our needs. The purchasing process was simple and easy.
