Would give a zero if I could for boat repair malpractice
Moved from Galveston in 2017 and took my 2015 Yamaha 212SS toTexas Marine Kemah, TX for a stuck plug and bilge pump repair under Yamaha warranty
Alleged they unstuck the plug and replaced other plugs and bilge replacement
This spring when doing plugs and oil change myself I found the stuck plug still there and sealed with some goop preventing me from removal
All the other plug wires had their lock down screws gone and strewn in the engine department
One engine hatch piston was relocated from its busted normal position with its head port

We bought an Avalon Cataline tri-toon from Craig Snyder at Texas Marine-Clearlake. Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I was out in my boat today when I began to have trouble with my Yamaha f150 began to Stall and wouldn't start. As a last resort before calling someone for a tow I phoned Texas marine in Beaumont.
I spoke with Ty Yates and their mechanic Justin Hawkins who told me of things to try . They also gave me someone to call if things didn't work out. Their recommendation was spot on problem solved and I drove myself back to my home. Thanks to these two men who helped me. That is service without expectation of reward and you don't see that much anymore. Thanks again Ty and Justin.

Mike, Justin and Peter were great. We bought a boat on consignment and we LOVE it, but I wasn’t entirely happy with the price due to some damage on the Hull and minor cosmetic issues. Though the sale took a few visits to settle (we were a few hours away), Mike was patient and was sure to answer all of our questions honestly. Him and the team at Texas Marine did everything possible to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend.

Showed up to look at boats and they are mostly in the back on a lot and if you want to see them they need to walk with you like your a child. Your a boat dealer people should have the ability to see the boats without hand holding. This locations is like a car dealer with shark sales people. You all need to understand your different types of customers and adjust your sales approach to match that not the other way around. I would give a one star but I believe that's unfair as I'm sure there are some people who prefer someone to walk with them. I don't need a response.

They sell boats. That's it. Don't think about service or repair. Took my boat in for install of new gauges. They mentioned several other options and accessories that I might consider. I said okay along with the gauges. They received the gauges the next day. 8 weeks and $1600 in options later, the gauges still had not been installed. I retrieved my boat, took it to another shop, and the gauges were installed in 3 days. Great place to buy a boat...

Saw an ad on the Internet after looking for used low water fishing boats for over a year. Wasn't really wanting a new one but decided to check them out since they had close-out pricing for Shoalwater Cats. Bobby Beck helped us and we were very pleased with his service. No hard sales pressure and he obviously knew everything about low water fishing boats - no bs or quotes from sales literature. Made it easy to trust him. Next day he took us out for a demo and test run on the 21' Shoalwater Cat.
