Wear clothing which will allow the therapy staff to access the injured area or area of symptoms. If not, a patient gown or paper shorts can be provided. Avoid heavy meals before your appointment, but do remember to eat something within a few hours of coming in. Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment to stay well hydrated and facilitate your body's healing response.

Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment so that you have ample time to fill out intake paperwork on the first visit. After completing the initial questionnaire, the Physical Therapist will review your intake form and discuss with you your reasons for seeking care. You'll discuss areas where you may experience pain, your current physical condition, medical history, and contributing factors which may be relevant.

Everyone at Advance Physical Therapy has been amazing! I started seeing then after two surgeries due to a mountain biking accident. I “walked” in on crutches for my first appointment, and today I’m back on a bike and in the gym thanks to the whole Advance PT team!

Hurt my shoulder in a fall in 2017 but ignored it for the longest time. I finally gave in to going to PT in July 2018 when I was no longer able to do the things I wanted to do. Waiting was stupid...I could have gotten back to my normal life so much sooner! Went to therapy 2x/week for several months. It's now been one year since I stopped; shoulder is still going strong and there hasn't been anything I can't do since my treatments ended.
My husband started seeing them last spring for some knee issues and realized noticeable improvement within 2-3 visits. He's now back to doing "gravel" bicycle

Great Experience! Brad and Josh are amazing. I first saw them for therapy after a car accident a few years ago and they were instrumental in my recovery. I love that they are professional yet fun and personal as well. I have been back for everything that ails me since that first experience. Thank you for all you do!!!
