A great viewing service area to use if you want to honor a loss love one. We came here for my fiancée grandpa viewing service and I believe the whole service was wonderful at this place. The only issue you might face here is the parking situation, they have some spot in the front and some more in the back but it's not the biggest parking lot compared to other places. The indoor decoration of this place is very nice and peaceful. They have a little sitting area if you don't want to sit in the viewing area and they also have a coffee/hot chocolate machine. The viewing area have 2 TV and I think

Cesar and his staff at Heritage Memorial were wonderful, both during the planning process and the day of my mom's memorial. I was very pleased by the priests that Cesar recommended to perform her memorial at the funeral home as well as the short service at Riverside National Cemetery. I was also highly impressed by the carriage driver. She waited until I was in my car to follow her before she pulled out of the parking lot. We were running late and traffic was heavy, but she knew the short cuts and got us there in great time. She was very helpful, kind, caring, and professional at the cemetery,

My mother had a preplanned package done. She listed everything she wanted in detail. We were charged "ala carte" for many things that were supposed to be part of the package and double charged on somethings. I was never shown an invoice or given anything to approve or see any services or charges. When I finally received a copy of the invoice (not from Heritage-Dilday, but from the annuity set up in preplanning), my signature was forged on the invoice. When the issue was brought up to Heritage-Dilday the director talked around everything like a politician or used car salesman.

I just lost my husband of 56 years and am heartbroken, devasted and at my most vulnerable time! Heritage-Dilday were caring, understanding and supportive . Everyone there are so wonderful. It's like they feel your pain but don't take advantage of it like some places do.

Elizabeth Torres was very kind and knowledgeable and put our entire family at ease. All of the employees at Dilday are fantastic. I highly recommend them for both funeral prep and vigil service in their chapel. They will even do a video montage of your loved one at no extra charge if you provide them with the pictures. Highly recommend them!

We recently had to lay to rest a loved one and we couldn't have been happier with they way Heritage Memorial Services - Dilday in Huntington Beach took care of everything. From the first meeting to the final service they were compassionate and helpful. They will take care of as much or as little as you want. Khari Knight was amazing. Funerals are expensive but Khari gave us many options and did not try to do any kind of hard sell.
