Simplicity Cremation

After making an initial appointment and meeting with Simplicity staff, I decided to move forward with their services. After three messages left to return my phone calls, no one bothered to call. If I can't trust them to return a call to move forward, how on earth can I trust them with my final wishes?

I decided to utilize Simplicity's services since I could fill out all the paperwork online. It took quite a while to do so because you even have to fill out the death certificate with grandparents places of birth. Not their fault, but I filled out all the paperwork and got a confirmation email that I was all set. I even had to give my credit card.

Then when the hospice service called them to come remove my dad's body, they wouldn't come because he died of COVID and he was in a nursing home. The very first thing you put on the paperwork is where your loved is located and I had

Trust the reviews you read, and attention to the way Simplicity responds. We're talking of the business of caring for our loved ones and our families after death and Simplicity simply doesn't get it. Go somewhere else.

They handled the cremation fine - but 21/2 months later still waiting for death certificates!!!

Simplicity cremation was very sympathetic and compassionate. They made the whole process of this sad time for me, very easy. They're staff was amazing.

Simplicity Cremation made this difficult chapter in our life a seamless transition. We were met with care and tenderness that made Deshanna and Jennifer feel like family helping us along the way with each difficult decision in this process. My mother-in-law and husband had nothing but praises for them for all their help. It really is the simple things in life that make all the difference, especially in times such as losing a loved one.

They said they will work out the day and time to accommodate my schedule but in the end it was the opposite as they demanded to pickup my loved ones on their last day at the office due to their company function like company trip to Palm Springs . It's not worth it.

Loved being able to make arrangements before my cancer gets worse. Their help was amazing!!!!

Worst decision I have made in years was choosing this place, it has been a nightmare at every step of the process. Even the owners response to this review shows the customer blaming and excuses that we're there hallmark of my experience here. After much thinking after I used this service I had to give this only a two star. It wasn't so much the men that came to pick up my mom from my home. Those gentleman had the utmost respect for I and my family. They took their time and were very very gentle and seemed to be very caring as my entire family was here with her and watching.
