Once we obtain a written release from the next of kin, we will receive the loved one into our care. Please let the Medical Examiner or Coroner know you have selected Simplicity Cremation. If not under Hospice care, dial 911 for law enforcement to make the pronouncement of death. They will determine if the coroner or Simplicity Cremation will be able to receive the loved one into our care.

After making an initial appointment and meeting with Simplicity staff, I decided to move forward with their services. After three messages left to return my phone calls, no one bothered to call. If I can't trust them to return a call to move forward, how on earth can I trust them with my final wishes?

I decided to utilize Simplicity's services since I could fill out all the paperwork online. It took quite a while to do so because you even have to fill out the death certificate with grandparents places of birth. Not their fault, but I filled out all the paperwork and got a confirmation email that I was all set. I even had to give my credit card.

Simplicity Cremation made this difficult chapter in our life a seamless transition. We were met with care and tenderness that made Deshanna and Jennifer feel like family helping us along the way with each difficult decision in this process. My mother-in-law and husband had nothing but praises for them for all their help. It really is the simple things in life that make all the difference, especially in times such as losing a loved one.

Worst decision I have made in years was choosing this place, it has been a nightmare at every step of the process. Even the owners response to this review shows the customer blaming and excuses that we're there hallmark of my experience here. Check out my picture, I think your staff lied to you, i called you on the 20th left a message, I also called on the 23rd (said they would call back) but didn't talk to anyone till they called back on the 25th. After much thinking after I used this service I had to give this only a two star. It wasn't so much the men that came to pick up my mom from my home. Those gentleman had the utmost respect for I and my family. They took their time and were very very gentle and seemed to be very caring as my entire family was here with her and watching.
