We needed a specific urn for my mother that was sold out with the vendor our funeral home used. We are on the east coast and I called on a whim to see if Fond Remembrance could get their hands on it. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and thorough and was able to find the specific urn we wanted and got it ordered for us. We truly appreciate it and we are so happy my mom's ashes will be in a vessel that we know she'd love.

It is very hard to write this review only because of the circumstances. Micheal is so awesome. He helped with everything for this process. He works in Orange County and we needed LA county. He went above and beyond to help us with the differences between the county's. He always answered my call. Even with all my questions. If he didn't know the answer about LA county he would find out and call me back. He was so professional and compassionate as well. I hope I don't have to use this service again soon but if I have to I won't hesitate to call. I recommend them to anyone who has lost someone. It
