I understand job can be busy, but professionalism means keeping promises.
contacted them in april. funeral coordinator not present. decided to arrange appointment few days from call via staffer. appointment date arrives. coordinator missed appointment. called them to check. no staff answered.

I worked with Nicole at Cremation Society of Orange Coast when my mother was killed. She was extremely kind and helpful during the entire process. Anytime she said she would do something for me she would do it, which helped ease my burden significantly. I would highly recommend working with this company.

My sister recently passed and I had no idea where to start in finding a cremation service. Based on reviews specifically naming Nicole as compassionate, kind and professional, I chose Cremation Society. Nicole exceeded my expectations. It's new emotional territory making arrangements when losing someone, and Nicole guided me gently through it all. Grateful for her. In addition, their fees are reasonable and the process flowed smoothly.

Nicole was tremendously helpful in a very difficult time. The whole process was seamless and there was no nickel and diming, surprise charges, or up selling. I recently lost my husband the first part of this year. When I contacted Nicole at the Cremation Society she was the kindest, sweetest person ever! She took care of all my questions and needs before during AND after going through the cremation process. Prior to my mom's passing I looked into various cremation service organizations. Cremation Society of Orange Coast was the one I decided upon due to Nicole Madsen's professional, patient and compassionate nature. She explained everything to me in detail, including an accurate timeline of events I could expect from the time of death, down to receiving my Mom's ashes and Death Certificates. I found her not only to be knowledgeable, but also a reliable and accurate source of information. She made the process easy, so that everything was in place prior to my mom's death.
