At Mountain Lotus Yoga we offer hot yoga, healthy food, and fun events at two locations in the North Lake Tahoe area. We specialize in Bikram Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Vinyasa, Warm Yin and Aerial Yoga in-studio. In the summer, we offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake. Private yoga classes and events are also available for booking year-round.

The original hot and humid Bikram yoga practice featuring 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each pose is performed twice for maximum therapeutic benefit. The Bikram Method is the foundation class for beginners through advanced practitioners. A challenging, full-body workout that's low-impact but high-intensity.
Join us for a unique and amazing experience! Manas Itene is a self taught musician since the age of 5 and a long time drummer for Michael Franti and Spearhead. He will be drumming some beautiful beats for an all levels alignment based Vinyasa Flow taught by Nikki Dean. First the Vinyasa flow accompanied by Manas's beats, with a special hand drum sequence to take you into an unforgettable savasana.

Solar Panels - Outfitted with a 2000 Watt solar panel system outside and efficient far-infrared heating panels inside, our Truckee studio's heated classes are capable of net-zero carbon footprint on sunny days.

Fantastic new Hot Yoga finally in Truckee! Didn’t realize this yoga studio opened in Tahoe city n truckee. Went to Bikram class In truckee; the studio is beautiful and one of the best in terms of locker room, studio room, and lobby. I’ve been to hot yoga studios in NYC, Miami, Tampa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Sedona, East Bay, San Diego/Carlsbad, LA/playa del ray and this studio beats them all in facilities.
Definitely try it! I intend to keep going whenever I’m in Tahoe/truckee from Bay Area.
