Good Value! I would highly recommend getting a monthly pass if you live in the area. Super convenient, efficient drive thru car wash with modern technology and self service vacuum stations. The con is that sometimes their wash doesn't get all the dust off in one go so I have to go thru again and the driers don't do a good job drying your car. They have micro fiber towels for you to self dry at the vacuum station though! Perhaps the vacuum station needs some drains as there is often many pools of water.

I washed my van there today, 1/21. I purchased the "Ultimate ", for $18, which includes a tire shine. When I pointed out to the manager that my tires hadn't been shined, he became belligerent and told me a) it's the machine b) my tires were too big, and c) my van was too dirty -- all of which were untrue. I'm inclined to believe that "the machine" did not give me what I paid for. I will NEVER again give my business to this probably fraudulent enterprise.

If you actually need your car washed-don't go here. If your car needs a touch up- still don't go here because it's way overpriced. I am a committed car washer and wash every two weeks.

I used to go here often, as it it very near my house. But there is a guy at the entrenched who is the most rude, obnoxious and frankly scary human I've encountered.
I tried using a code from a multi-wash ticket I purchased. It didn't work. I tried resetting so I could used a different code in the same ticket. He stormed over, grabbed my ticket, tore it up and started screaming at me. I couldn't understand him as his pronunciation was poor. He continued yelling at me and stood between me and the machine. I finally drove away and he kept yelling. He's insane and violent. I have

I've been going to this place before they were automatic. I bought the year pass and drive all the way from Del Mar to it. Sadly, there is a new guy by the entrance who is rude and I will probably will stop coming back after the pass is over. I would have given more stars to this place but its HIS fault is only one.

I paid for the Deluxe wash and when my car was run through the wash it only did the basic. I spoke to the attendant who was less than open the listen. So after haggling with him they ran my car through the wash but again at the basic wash.
I choose not to confront them again as I felt their action was intentional. Instead, for the sake of other Yelp users I decided to post this message.

This place is nearby and I have the monthly pass so it's convenient. However, the people who work here are as unfriendly as they come. They make you feel like you are committing a crime whenever you drive up. They have a guy standing by the machine where you put your card in and he glowers at you. Then, the gate opens (I have the pass), and I meet the next glowering, unhappy guy who directs you to turn your wheels one way or the other while throwing full glower on you for being so stupid as to need his help. 3rd glowering guy offers you an air freshener and then has a final glower when he

I really wanted to like this place since it always looks busy and so convenient. First time coming here and I don't think that I will come back. I paid $14 for their wash and my car was still so dirty after. I spent so much time cleaning off the dirt and the blue soap that they use that wasn't cleaned off by the car wash. For the price you pay you can find a different car wash that will clean your car much better.

More than just a self service wash!! Their detailing service is THE BEST in the area!!!! Prices for detailing is really worth the value!! These guys are great!!! Don't mistake it..their passion comes alive and it's odd to say but they know how to keep cars clean!! Maintaining was to not have the dreaded sun damage and to keep the inside clean!

Love this place! They do a terrific job! I like how I can just run through whenever I want - or get a total detail. The service with detailing is first rate and if I need anything additional I simply ask and they do it! As for the run-through washes, it gets the job done. Simple and efficient and worth the $.

We've been using this car wash really more out of convenience because it's right by the daycare. We have the monthly unlimited wash so whenever it's time to pick up the kid and the car is a bit dirty, it's time to go early to get a quick wash and dry. I actually like towel drying and vacuuming the car myself because I can then really clean my car and throw out all the trash and take out all the crumbs the kiddos leave behind. If you park outside like I do for work or whatever, going to get your car washed frequently helps get all the sap and other odd markings off your car

I've been coming here on an off since we moved to the PQ area. I had bought a book of detailing coupons in 2015 and we would have the cars detailed every 3-5 months. I thought they had all been used up. but then driving my wife's car one day I found the last one and thought I'd see if Genie would still honor it. (being as they had closed for renovations between the time I purchased it and this past week it had been a while 2015 actually since I purchased the book). I was pleasantly surprised when they would honor it, and offered to sell me another book...

$15 for unlimited car wash is a steal!
I have an old Honda Civic car with dents everywhere. It's old, so I don't really care much for the detailed car wash. Going through the basic wash doesn't get rid of dried marks on your car--if you're one of those with yellow poops or whatever on your car, what is that thing anyway?! Ya, it doesn't get rid of that. But, it does clean my tires better than any other places I've tried, so I'm super happy with that.
Once a week, I will go through the car wash twice, yes, twice in a row. Doing this still doesn't get rid

Great job on my detail! The owners are nice here and actually care about the customers. They make sure that their workers are doing a great job - which they are. This place is highly recommended and their pricing is competitive and I like the fact that I can vacuum my own car. Quick and efficient!
