We took over ownership of this Encinitas car wash in the summer of 2017, and have been committed ever since to listening to our customer's needs and making improvements. We know that the local community has been supporting this car wash ever since it was Olson's and we are excited to bring back that level of excellence and trust to our neighbors.

We've improved the services and the cleaning products being used to wash your cars, we've added new luxury furniture, and we've upgraded the patio areas. Not new to the declining service here, having visited at least 25 times I’ve watched the decline in service quality. Today when I arrived at 4:30, the ticket writer walks up and says, “I’ve got 15 minutes bro.” His intent was to tell me they plan to close down at 4:40, not 5:00pm as shown. We have a lot of options, no need to come to this place any longer, their customer service is garbage.

Came to get my small 2017 Honda HRV washed and asked for the Gold package. I was told it would be $10 extra because my car was extra dirty. That is why I brought it to a car wash and asked for the premium “Gold” wash! It is not posted anywhere that you will be charged extra if they feel your car is extra dirty. I don’t get it! Will never come here again.

Friendly service and reasonable prices for the work done. However I tried to ask for tree sap to be removed and they didn't do it. They also broke some plastic trim on the inside and, after coming to back to see if they'd make it right, said it wasn't them. I'd just stick to their basic wash if you come.

I used that place many times before and was satisfied. However my experience yesterday, 10/20/21, was awful. First, I have been told that they cannot vacuum the leaves collected between my trunk hood and rear window. I asked to talk to a Manager but the clerk said he is the one. I had to order more expensive service just to have these couple of leaves removed. Then I got a $2 coffee from a machine that was complimentary before and set a tip paid with my Credit Card before! the completion of the wash. When I sat outside and tested the coffee, it had a test of mold. I told the same Clerk/Manager

My husband got my car (Subaru Forester) detailed at this place a couple of weeks ago and it overall wasn’t a great experience. They were pushy about upselling to the full detailing package. There were a couple of sloppy things that were missed in cleaning the car (specifically, the interior rear view mirror wasn’t cleaned and the carpet around the seat bolts didn’t appear to be vacuumed). In addition, they broke the plastic around the recliner button on the back seat (pictured). The replacement piece is only like $20, but they didn’t even fess up to breaking it. I went to this car wash, and I wanted a gold wash and i went to the ticket writer to pay for the wash and he wanted to sell me a full detail and he kept insisting and pressuring me into buying the full detail I got annoyed and irritated. I got mad and wanted to leave and when I did he was super rude when I declined the offerer and he told me to take my money else where he was disrespectful! will never be coming back! you guy need to teach your employee respect!!!

I was greeted and helped by super friendly employees that were able to help me clean up the interior of my rental car. The back was covered in glass and liquid thanks to an accident from a moving box. Now WOW its beautiful and smells so much better! The service was very fast as well, I called ahead and there was no appointment needed if I arrived by 2pm it could be done by 5. Arrived early and it was done before 2:30 😸

Lots of potential, went on a Saturday and got pretty lucky that there was not a lot of other cars there. I got the silver car wash. Inward my truck was done and when I came outside the first thing I saw on my truck was water spots and lots of dried soap on the top of the door and roof. The water spots were on the hood of my truck and there was still dirt on the tailgate. The place is clean and people are nice when i pointed some of it out but it would be very great if they got it right the first time.
