I would give less than one star. This was my first time using them. A man came to my property without a mask. He did not say his name. my name. nor that he was from Washos. I had ordered a waterless car wash. I asked him to tell me about it, and he said, "I don't know what that is--I use water". I told him I had ordered waterless--and he seemed confused. I then told him to please wait while I called in. I spoke to James who said he was a manager. He did not apologize, but told me the people they send are independent contractors, and he was taking notes to "verify"

The contractor did great, however the office staff were awful and unprofessional. I had a card on file at time of making the appointment and after the service was completed they contacted me via email and text saying the card was declined and to add a new payment method. I responded to every email and text saying the charge was still showing as pending on my first payment method and that I was waiting for it to drop off before adding a new payment method so I don't accidentally get double charged.

I came across Washos through Indeed, to my surprise it turned out to be an on demand service for auto detailers, customers find near by detailers to service their vehicle(s). I've been detailing for a couple years and sought to use this platform to make more money, they find customers and I get dispatched for a wash or detail, they get a cut of what they charge in regards to the services they offer and I take the difference and any tips that is offered after the job is done, great sounds good.

Used once and was very pleased. Made appt to use again and they didn't show. Very frustrating, as plans were changed working around the available appt time. It turns out Washos had sent me an email cancelling that appt about an hour before the appt, but i wasn't on my computer then. The first time the communication was by text and was great. So I give them a 5-star for the first experience and then a 1-star rating for the second one, for an average of 3-stars

Will become a regular customer for sure, i drove all around L.A. looking for a good car wash and couldn't find anywhere until i downloaded Washos app and they came to me, all calm and easy. Jorge was amazing, the Washos truck had all the equipment, and very efficient. i will be looking forward to use it again. Pro tip: move your car to a spacious/shady area if possible, so they can have room to work and grab their gear, but they can wash anywhere/anytime.

I purchased and got the Reveal service on my car, while at work, almost a year ago. Being I had the service done at my work, not only myself but the entire staff at the office was impressed with the work that had been done on my car. The President of my company was so impressed, I now schedule the company van and truck to be done on a quarterly basis through Washos. The guys are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The only reason for the deduction of 1 star is that if the technician is going to be late, they need to call to let me know they are running late, to avoid scheduling conflicts

This was the first (and won't be the last) time I used Washos. I work long hours during the week and don't want to use several of my weekend hours just to take my car to get a good deep clean so Washos was great. My washer, Octavio G, did a fantastic job and made me feel like I had a new car again with how thoroughly he washed and shampooed everything. I would highly recommend this service and will likely be doing it again in the future.

Untrained professionals! I thought this was a professional establishment, but it's basically the Uber version for car washing. Anyone can show up in their personal vehicle with cheap products and claim to be a professional detailer.
My husband was livid when he saw the car. We got the $79 wash and my black car was still dirty and had a film on it immediately after the wash. I told the guy that I could tell that the car was still dirty. This wash included a cheap wax that left the car looking even more dirtier.
Long story short, find a reputable detailing company...NOT A DISPATCHER

Jose did a wonderful job detailing my 2002 Toyota Avalon!!! It needed a lot of love and Jose was up for the challenge. It rained the next morning, but Jose did such a great job waxing the car that there are no water spots, still looks great. Interior was really bad but now it sparkles. Thank you!

I paid close to $300 to get both of my cars washed. This included clay, wax and a host of other services... None of the work was actually done and the wash itself was terrible. How can you miss an entire roof section? See photo....I was not there in person as I was at work, and the tech absolutely took advantage of my wife and tried to convince her that all the work was done. Anyways, I was glad to hear that Washos refunded the entire amount. They made it right at the end, but it should have been done right in the first place by sending a tech who actually knows how to wash a car. Sadly to say

Super unhappy with this " hand wash" I just had my car detailed 4-5 weeks ago, and decided to have washos do a hand wash so as not to have any swirls from a brushless car wash. Unfortunately, I now have serious scratch marks now on the hood of my car as well as the trunk. I have no idea what the person who cleaned my car used, but it undid my $ 250.00 detail. In addition, the tech must have vaccumed up my garage door opener, because it's nowhere to be found and now I have to pay $75.00 to have it replaced. I left them feedback, and no one has responded and there is no way to call

This service is an overrated "platform". Unless u are 100 techno, forget about it. They NEVER answer their phone AND when I did make a first appointment, the assigned person was late and then his machine apparently didnt work so he canceled me - what a joke. There are so many detail services, why would you hassle with one that can even answer the phone when there is an issue. Not my cup of tea!

I got a couple washes that were fine, but now when I go on the app to schedule a wash, they say there are no service people in my area (right near downtown Los Angeles). At the same time, neighbors are getting appointments with Washos. I'm wondering If I forgot to tip last time. It seems as though I have been barred for some reason. And I'm a nice person! I always say thank you, and I always tip well (unless I spaced it the last time!). Back to paying independent businesses to do my car. They are less expensive, but I liked the convenience of the Washos app.

Bad customer service through app help. Washer late to appointment and spent less time on my car than the app said (spent 60 minutes, paid for car wash and to be cleaned for 180 minutes). Customer service rep was unhelpful even though the description of services in the app when selecting your wash do not match what your washer actually performs for your car. Only plus is they come to your house but you will get a better wash going directly through a mobile washer or going to a car wash for a car wash with water felt. Not worth the price or hassle to go through the Washos app.

I was skeptical at first to use an app based car washing service I hadn’t tried before but was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I selected the mid-level detailing package for same day service. The person servicing my car arrived to my house right on time. I had to leave to go back to work, so he walked me through the process and where he’d leave my keys. I came back to a beautiful, shiny and super clean car. The whole booking process was so easy, straightforward and professional. I’ve already recommended to multiple friends and family and will definitely be using their services again
