I used this car wash couple of times always giving them a new opportunity but simply this car wash sucks
The vacuums don’t ever work, the car wash unlimited plan the first tier is very cheap they, sprinkle white foam soap that barely covers your car and with the turning turbines to clean your car with the little soap they scratch your car . The vacuum spot are dirty and have debris all over including nails on the floor, the vacuum are always in need of service they don’t sanitize the hoses and the employees don’t seem to show any care of the world of any of the concerns I mention

Do not use this car wash. The conveyor belt kicked my car off into the side of the wall and scratched my car. The owner then tried to tell me, even after watching the security video and seeing what happened, that he was not responsible. He then also tried to pay me under the table thinking that I would just take the money. Very unprofessional and the car wash was not even that great for the other half of my car that wasn’t damaged.

I wanted to take the time to give a review to one of the employees who works at this car wash named Alfredo. He helped my family and I last Sunday. He helped us with a membership and gave us a complimentary air freshener. My car looked extremely clean! Highly recommend this car wash and ask for Alfredo.

My normal car wash is closed so thankful that Xtreme is open during the Covid-19 pandemic.

It is fast and convenient, but a little pricey depending on which package you choose. They do have a club you can join to get special offers and pricing per month.

My only complaint is that after the wash you usually have to wait to get into a spot to dry and vacuum. Due to Covid not all the bays are open and people are not respecting the time limit to dry and vacuum and leave.

Some people also don't read and pull into the spot that is blocked off for Covid. They also like to honk

One of brushes has worked for a month. This is pathetic. 2 weeks I understand. Vacuums are clogged.

Honestly its about 3.5 stars. It seems sometimes its a good wash and other times I want to run it through again. I do like the subscription pricing.

They DAMAGED my vehicle and the manager denied the entire thing (he wasn't even there when it happened)

On September 19th, 2020 at 8:15am, their car wash damaged the rear left rim of my car.

Clear as day.

The employee working there directed the left wheels of my car into a track that pulled the car through the wash. Upon exit, I felt a "bump" in the rear as the track pushed me out (the car has staggered wheels that are wider in the rear than the front, so this might have been an issue)

The guys are working right now are incredible at customer service! They were very friendly, and offered me a second (upgraded) wash for free when I complained about some bugs that were still on my windshield. This type of customer service will ensure they have a loyal customer. Also, the vacuum station has an awesome tool that blows strong air into small crevices to remove dust particles. I rarely review on yelp, But these guys definitely deserve the praise!

This was not my best car wash experience at this location. I just grabbed a quick wash for my son's
car and when I stopped the center of the was covered in soap.. My last carwash was way better but I paid more.

No wait, but the blower does not drive the car or the windows. I had to pull over to the self-vacuum section And hand dry everything with the towels provided.'As well as rub off some areas not clean by the drivethru wash.

I don't go to a lot of machine carwash places like this. It's pretty solid. The debris and bird poo that was on my car was all gone. There is very little human contact on the washing aspect until you're vacuuming and drying out parts of your car. And, it's affordable $17 is not a bad deal at all.

I would recommend this place for affordability and really quick wash.

Went to this place for over two years and overall was very pleased with the service! Its like $14 for unlimited car wash membership (CRAZY GOOD DEAL). Basically, they pressure wash your car before it goes through the automated car wash portion which shows they like to go the extra mile. My only concern would be that as it gets more popular they should monitor the vacuum station a bit more closely. I have literally seen people who hog stations for like 30-45 minutes. Typically not an issue but just something to consider during peak hours

This place has gone to dogs. Use to be be 2 people doing a prescrub, and a fairly good one. Choice of air fresheners, pretty descent wash. Not anymore, 1 guy , cruddy scrub, cruddy 5 cent air freshener, and if those are the things that are obvious, who knows what else, less water , less soap, less time in the wash? Whatever, you leave with a dirty car and horrible windshield. Not worth driving through this place!

$7 per standard car wash or $14.99/month for unlimited car washes, which is a great price and works perfect for me because it's only a couple miles from my house.

However, if I didn't live as close as I do, I would definitely not go out of my way to get my car washed here.

The business hours show open until 9:00pm, but there's a sign out front of the drive thru that shows 7am-7pm... although the hours are even more limited than that.

More often than not, I'll drive through for a quick car wash (within their displayed hours of operation) and they have either cones blocking

My car really needed a cleaning. I read the reviews, and thought it was worth it. But... it wasn't. For $16 ($18?), it really should've produced a cleaner car, especially since a guy pre-scrubbed it before it went into the auto-wash. Sadly, my car still had bug stuff on it (mostly on the back, but some on the front and sides).

The reason I'm willing to give 2 stars is because it was nice to have the vacuums and rags for free after the wash. With the rags, I was able to scrub off the rest of the bug stuff that was stuck on my car, and also dry off the windows so they

Excellent service! They hose off your car And scrub your wheels before the car goes in. Then complementary vacuums and rags to finish off what didn't get dried. I don't know why there's not better reviews for this place they make sure that your car is going into the car wash clean and Eric C. Gives absolutely great customer service! Next I'm going to try their wax detail car thing after the car wash and I will update my review. Oh and I forgot about the complementary air freshener also! So that's great Customer Service ! Easy place to stop and go to fill up, cashiers are polite and helpful, area isn't that scary for a gas station even at night lol they have diesel and prices are usually on the lower to medium end here, not high in my experience.
Car wash was really decent! And cheap.. all start off with a wet down from two guys at the entrance of the actual wash entrance. I'm thinking of getting a monthly membership too.. the free vacuums and drying rags to use after the wash really make it my go-to/one-stop spot to get my cars cleaned when I have a free hour or two :) definitely give this place a shot

I have had a monthly car wash membership since they opened. This is such a great concept, I've saved a lot of time and money since I joined.
I go here every week, so they also get my gasoline business as well!

I got my car cleaned and it was an amazing job. I went in and they are very nice and helpful. The car wash does a great job. I also got my car polished and it was 12 dollars more and it was detailed from the outside. They did it by hand and a machine after and it was done amazingly. They got all the spots out and the car came out shiny and spotless.

Let's be honest. A business like a car wash seems to get 5 stars or 1 star depending on if your car got hit in the parking lot or not. It's very hard to get an over the top experience from a drive thru/self service type place, also it seems equally as hard to really screw things up yourself and put that down in a review.
Xtreme is a basic quick wash and in that respect is "A-OK" for sure. The self service vacuums and towels get the 4th star from me as this allows you to make sure the car is clean to your liking...and still get out the door only $6-$8 lighter.
