Avoid! These apartments look nice enough from the outside, but that’s the only good thing I could say about them. I had a horrible experience with these apartments. We were paying almost $1400 a month for a three bedroom that had all kinds of problems that never got fixed. The maintenance man was completely useless. The day we moved in all three sinks were leaking underneath and they were all still leaking the day we moved out. But this wasn’t the biggest issue. This apartment had a major problem with the electrical. Only half the outlets in the dining and kitchen would work and they would

My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment and found Stone Gate Terrace online. Stopped by the office the other day and Brittany was there. She was so funny and friendly and showed us around. We really liked the apartments and she really sold the place, but they unfortunately didn’t have any availability for our time frame. Definitely recommend stopping by for a tour though!

Was a good apartment complex about three years ago, has gone way down hill from there. The Apt. Manager is never in there office, the previous Maint. man was very lazy and didn't really care about his job. I've lived there twice now and the first time was much better than the last time. Oh and the land lady is the Apt. owners wife so she doesn't think she needs to be there all day or keep scheduled appointments with potential clients.
