Ryan was great! My first home inspection and I was not sure what to expect. Ryan talked me through each step of what he was doing and checking. Ryan did a home inspection for a new home I was looking to purchase. Due to a very competitive real estate market, I needed an inspection completed ASAP. Ryan made time to come to the home that same week! Ryan's report was very thorough and detailed. His explanations were easy to understand along, with the great photos he took. We were blown away with the detail and insight that Ryan was able to provide, which made us so much more comfortable with the decision we were making on our new home. The full report was available the next morning and the website allows you to make a list for anything that might need to be addressed by the homeowner.
