I just recently had a home inspection performed by Signature Home Inspection and had an excellent experience. Setting up the inspection was very easy, and they had no problem working with me to accommodate my schedule. My inspector, John Sauto, was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He was on time, walked me through what he would be doing, and alerted me to any issues he felt warranted a discussion.
