Rochester Recycle WAS a good place; local, accepted lots of stuff, good guys working there. This month things changed. I brought in 200lb of material and was paid on 160lb. My scale is not off by 20%!. 2nd visit was also off by a few lb too... Was sad to hear you were CLOSING Nov15th 2019, changed my mind, glad you are done.
