It is really ironic. On January 5th I went to Costco and attempted to get my car washed afterward. This was early afternoon and the entrance was coned off. On the same day I was charged $29.99 on my credit card for this car having the monthly wash, and yet was unable to get my car washed. We also have our second car set up for a monthly wash. Normally, it works well, but it was pretty frustrating this time.
UPDATE: Jan 19. I received an e-mail asking for a way to contact me by the manager. I have sent this information twice and have heard nothing back!

This is THE best car wash I’ve ever been to and I can’t go anywhere else now. I’m so sad that we are moving twenty minutes away. I’ve been mourning the loss of this car wash near my house. They power wash your car on both sides and soap down the entire back and then power wash it before you even go inside the car wash so it really comes out perfectly clean. I always use the vacuums afterwards. The car wash is big enough for my suburban and usually never crowded and it is a great location right next to Costco.

Honestly was super upset the other night when I went in! I always go here as it's close to home and go to Costco and car wash together. I always pull my car in to vacuum first and then go through the wash. The employee that night wearing all black with hoodie over head stared at me while I pulled in. I pulled up to the vacs and started to throw trash away. I noticed the employee walk to side around me and when I went to use vacuum he had shut off the vacuums and then walked away. There was other people there cleaning there cars and no cones in the wash line saying it was closed. I tried to

Wow, what a great car wash! I had had my car washed earlier in the day at a different car wash in town, and wasn't happy with how my windows and chrome grill came out. So a few hours later I stopped at Costco to get gas and thought why not try this place, I pulled into Sossaman Auto spa and all I can say is WOW what a difference! They really take their time as you enter their car wash, I met a guy by the name of Kevin what a sweet man, He took the soft brush over my windshield and grill and sprayed and soft brushed the back end of my car all before going in. This is the second time in about a month that I have come in the evening and they're closed almost an hour before their posted closing time. I just saw two employees walk in the office from the parking lot and my calls went to voicemail anyway. If you close at 7pm, don't post that you close at 8pm. I work long days and can't come until the evenings. My phone calls here are always ignored. I was loyal here for about a year, but now I'll be canceling my membership and going elsewhere because they don't care about the customers.

Took my car in for a wash paid the 10.00. After my car went through the wash there was still a big bug splatter on the windshield as well as a large amount of dirt on my bumper. I asked the guy if they can re-wash it because It was still dirty and he told me no. He said the upgraded packages cover the wash for bugs. Lmao! So I guess because I didn't buy the extra package that took care of bugs it's perfectly fine to drive away with a big big splattered bug on my windshield? Absolutely not! That is unacceptable. Sunday May 9th 2021 bought a 4 car wash package. First car to go through our Excursion. Went through fine except we noticed the rotating brush on the passenger side was not turning. Once finished you can tell the right side was not cleaned. We then brought our Smart Car through same day 3o min between. Same observation and same results. Right did not get cleaned as the left side. Placed a phone call and got Lawrence the Manager. He said he would need to review his cameras and wanted to inspect our cars. If you need to go to that extent to confirm whatever then your conveying you have no customer

This is the best car wash in town, by far. Great wash and the dryers at the end of the wash actually work! Compressed air is a must for me. I use it to blow off all the water from the exterior, but also use it for the floor mats. I hang them and give a quick vacuum, then use the compressed air to to really deep 'clean' by blowing out all the dust and dirt. I never feel rushed because there are so many spots for the after-wash interior cleanup.
As a business owner, I know what a 1-star review can do. Please rate this business if you are a 5-star reviewer. Some of these 1-star reviews are just ridiculous

VERY frustrating. Two (2) times within a 10 day period we were "stuck" because the car wash "broke" or the on-site crew on Memorial Day morning actually opened up (or tried to), the car wash LATE, and after several cars had filled the "pay lanes", they could not get the terminals to come up. So for the 2nd time, we had to wait 20-30 minutes while everyone backed-up! I purchased one of the monthly car wash plans, so not getting my car washed TWICE because of problems at this car wash is very frustrating and VERY unfair!!! Too many other car washes in the immediate area to put up with this #@$%.

I love how they try to make it look like they are doing something, when they are really just telling me they aren't going to refund me the money. If they truly were trying to improve then they aren't doing a very good job about it. They aren't making things right and that is a business you don't want to deal with.

I think this is one of the best carwashes I've ever been to it's extra detail and the dryers are so amazing but I love the free vacuums and the fact they have the air compressors at the vacuums to finish blowing out your car your car mats and excess water left over from the wash.
It's rare you find a manager to take so much pride in his business and take great care of his customers but Lawrence the manager has been here for quite some time he waved to me every time I come through and he Provides amazing customer service I have the monthly pass here and come three times a week nothing

The woman taking calls on the phone was so incredibly rude! All I did was ask a question about why the car wash was closed for a few days. I've never experienced such horrible customer service....she almost bit my head off for asking. Then she called back to say it would be open just for the day..but since I cancelled my membership I can't use the car wash. I didn't cancel it! I just bought it 2 weeks ago. And now since I am asking more questions about how it got cancelled...she's just going to suspend it anyway. Unbelievable!

Like a good Vietnamese restaurant, good car washes are hard to find! But when you find that one that does it right, then you need to keep going there and let the world know about it.
And that's what I'm doing here! Sossaman Auto Spa is new, clean, does a fantastic job of gently washing your vehicle, and has plenty of vacuums to clean up all those french fries that "someone else" must have dropped in your vehicle!
This is my go-to carwash!

This is an update I am extremely pleased to write, and I'd like to draw attention to the fact that this business is run by a very attentive owner who TRULY cares! I can't say I've ever spoken with someone so adamant on making things "right". It was somewhat unexpected, but left me humbled & sincerely wanting to return to give it another chance!
First, he read my prior review- and immediately reached out via reply. It wasn't even 24 hours after corresponding & I received a personal phone call from Loren (sorry if I misspelled that!) the owner this afternoon

They are the truthful car wash, they have 5dollars on their sign and they have a $5 express wash, they have always been $5.
I never went because of the 3$ near my house.
Now the 3$ car wash have all gone up the beginning of the year. $2 up is a big increase.
This place has stayed the same. They had two workers one on each side, spay our car as we pull up for wash. They do not give you a wet wipe for dust inside car or air freshener as one of the other $5 car washers did recently.
They got most of the bugs off with wash, free vacuums and clean area.
It is what it is.
