I would not use again. I found a broken window in my garage that was the straw that broke the the camels back. I found other issues but I was blown away when I found the broken window behind a blind that did not work. I know he does not test window treatments. All the windows I try to open in the house are really stiff and very hard to open and close. Which was not noted in inspected. The sash needs service. My toilet hardware was so corroded in the master bedroom I hade to cut the bolt to replace the leaking tank. I found rotted cabinet base board in kitchen, most all of the locking hardware was
