Arrowpoint Home Inspections
As a AZBTR certified professional home inspector, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation. Outside the home, I will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then I will move inside to examine the walls, test all appliances, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows.

The heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure they are safe and function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space. With the year of inspection experience in Gilbert, I can assess the current condition and proactively assess if the existing problem may relate and create problems to the other system as well.

The purchase of a home is probably the largest single investment an individual will ever make. You should learn as much as you can about the condition of the property and the need for any major repairs before you buy, so that you can minimize unpleasant surprises and difficulties afterward. After the inspection, you will have a much clearer understanding of the property you are about to purchase.
With a rich experience of 16 years in inspection services and the additional benefit of the construction background, Arrowpoint Home Inspections is one of the renowned names when it comes to home inspection services in Chandler. The team of home inspectors is licensed and certified from AZBTR. We offer inspection services for buyer inspections and pre-listing seller inspection in Chandler.
During one of my home inspections I discovered that someone had cut out sections of 6 to 8 trusses in the attic to make more room for storage. In the event of a fire, a 250lb fire fighter with 80lb pack would have fallen strait though the ceiling, which would have put both the fire fighter and the family in severe danger.
