I have lived here for 6 years and I love it here. Maintenance has always been nice and quick to fix the problem. Staff has always been nice to me and have worked with me during my difficult times. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live. Even though I’m going through a situation right now, I will always say nice things about Broadway Apartments. 🙂

I have been living at Broadway apartments for about a year and a half and so far have had a great experience. The property and buildings are kept clean and the staff have always been courteous. I have called to have a couple things worked on for maintenance and they are generally very prompt. They also do a great job with notifying residents over text and email about routine maintenance that is being done such as temporary shut offs of water. Also the community of residents I have found are quite friendly. I highly recommend considering this apartment complex!

I really love living here in Broadway Apartments. I have lived here now for almost 13 years. I love the location, being close to my work, grocery stores, the Columbia Mall, and other retail places. The bus stop is also very convenient, right outside the apartment complex. I also really love my balcony. Being on the top floor, I really like the covering over the balcony providing shade. The maintenance staff has always been very responsive and took care of repairs in a timely manner. The office staff has also been very helpful and friendly.

I love my apartment. It's nice and quiet and within walking distance of anything I need. Having the bus stop right outside has been great as well to get to downtown Columbia in just a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and whenever I've needed any maintenance they are they to fix it within the next day. I'm really happy with my choice of living here.

Just moved to Columbia and the area of the apartment complex is very close to a lot of shopping areas and restaurants, which is nice. Out of the apartments I looked at, these offered really nice size bedrooms and living room space which was important for me! The apartment buildings are well lit and the outdoors/sidewalks are lit as well. I do have a small dog and I don’t have worries about walking my dog throughout the day. The neighbors are nice and everyone is fairly respectful and keeps to themselves. Not too noisy considering it’s a college town.

Maintenance will charge you $100 for a single accidental phone call without telling you and will not wave the fee even if it is a health emergency. They will then lie and say you called more times than you did.
The appliances are old and unsafe and the apartment complex will charge you for a new refrigerator if it malfunctions even though it is their fault that it is old and malfunctioning. This apartment complex is relentlessly and very rudely gouging customers for their money. Had to quit my job to move home and pay 5 months of rent for a vacant apartment because these apartments are so unsafe, especially for a young woman living by herself.
For starters, the complex is poorly lit and has nothing to prevent strangers from wandering the grounds. Homeless people were sleeping in our hallway and the only thing the complex did was put a sign on our building door saying that we needed to keep an eye out and report the trespassing to the police ourselves. I also had an attempted break-in and even had a stranger who was charging his phone in the outlet outside my door harass

I love living in the Broadway Apt. complex. As an older single person, I feel safe here, it’s close to everything I need, and the staff and management are helpful and friendly. My dog and I enjoy walks around the complex daily. My apartment is quiet, and comfortable, with a great kitchen space and good closets. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good and comfortable place to live.
