This is a worst rental experience for me. I toured the property on December 11th and apartment touring experience was good. I have been trying to reach them by phone since then to apply for an apartment as their website has been down for a week now. Despite many calls and voice messages I still am not able to get in touch.

I have been living here for more than 2 years and nowadays they are maintaining it really bad. This started from last year, the rents are high and they do charge for amenities and all but it doesn't live up to luxury apartments standards.
All the breeze ways are covered with spider webs and cockroaches, common areas and corridors smell gross and disgusting with pet urinations. The leasing office people doesn't clean the common areas often even after raising multiple complaints. No proper safety and maintenance.
I would not recommend anyone anymore and there is no luxury in this community.

Most horrific moving experience. I would not recommend living here. Apartments are advertised as luxury but this is misleading. I moved in a month ago and on the first day of arrival was greeted by an apartment that vibrated due to the presence of a vehicle with a large muffler occupying the garage below. I was not informed that the apartment was situated above a garage. Whenever the garage door opens/closes the infrastructure shakes. In addition, the occupant has a large engine with noise that emanates throughout the entire apartment. I informed of them of this and they told me I would have to

These are people’s homes—where people go to relax, and these people are taking advantage of their residents. I just moved out of the complex after living there for about… 3 years, and I couldn’t be happier. They know how to rope you in with the “pretty looking” apartments and the “resort style” amenities, but that is just surface-level and not the case

Neighbors will leave their underwear right infront of ur door. the walls r paper thin u can hear everything, literally woke up to my neighbors screaming. can hear stomping coming from up even if u live on the third floor. gate is not safe. neighbors will take mail or the front office will keep it for months at a time. the apartments literally fall apart and theres a bug infestation. DO NOT MOVE HERE. too expensive and NOT worth it for what it is.

I was at the resident pool party and had a blast with friends. I witnessed whatever Kellee mentioned in that review. Jonathan, in a respectful manner told them to leave. This lady had an attitude from the beginning! I’ve lived here for going on 2 years and residents will write a review and not mention how ugly they were to begin with. This isn’t the first nasty, rude tenant. Juncture, thank you for such a great party. Residents like myself actually appreciate the respect and hard work. Can’t wait for next years!!

Juncture offers beautiful apartments with spacious floor plans, modern amenities and wonderful staff. Jonathan in the leasing office ensured my move-in was seamless. He's always professional and friendly and replies to my emails promptly. The day I moved in, 6 tenants introduced themselves and made me feel so welcomed. I'm very satisfied with my decision to moved here and will happily recommend this place.

-Noisy apartments. A big con and big enough for me to want to move is the walls and ceilings must be paper thin. I have lived in large complexes before but never have I heard every move my neighbors make. I can handle the noise from the side apartments: Blow drying, talking, phone ringing. But the noise above me is just unbearable . I live on the first floor and it sounds like a herd of elephants moving across my ceiling 15 hours a day

I currently live here; I love my apartment. I was so impressed with the Leasing staff, especially Amber and Dana. They were so patient with us while we gathered the necessary documents to approve our application. They were so accommodating, they allowed us to change the apartment at the last minute so that I could be comfortable and have enough space for my office. In addition to that they followed up after we moved to ensure we are satisfied. I couldn't ask for a better place. What I love most about my apartment is my kitchen. I love that it is truly a gated community! Thanks for giving me a peace

This is such a shame! The Juncture appears to have quality apartments for a good price in great location in Alpharetta! However, their customer service is awful and concerning. The staff in the front office were extremely rude and incompetent. We spoke to Amber, she was all over the place, not too sure what was going on and didn't help us at all. It seems that management company is extremely unorganized and is constantly changing. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff at the Juncture Apartments should all get together and read some self-help books on how to treat tenants, guests

I don't recommended this complex high income for the quality of service the manager does not worry about solving the problems, listening to everything until the minnimun noise that means low quality the construction, the neighborhoods don't take that into account in my experience in 1 year I have two that make the exsecive noise in the evening hours in again in the early mornings I have filed complaints and nothing do it I'm called the police as they tell me and they not stop because they don't care about those neighborhoods or the management they don't look for solutions

I was very impressed with the staff and this community when we were first looking for apartments. However, when we moved in things changed. The first issue we ran into is that the Air Conditioning system kept tripping and turning off making it very hot during the night. The garbage disposal did not work correctly, the ice machine for the fridge breaks about once every two weeks and the washer and dryer that was provided is ALWAYS BROKEN! I've been lucky enough to have lived here at Juncture for the past year. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! Katie the manager, Victoria, Nazila, Lyndsey Dayna and Amber, have always gone above and beyond to ensure that all residents have a great living environment. I've met some great people here, and it's been easy to do with all the events the staff is always planning. So if your interested in meeting people this is the place to be.
