Deer Run Apartments

I lived at Deer Run almost 8 yrs. In 3 different apartments through the time I lived there, the place well kept. MARSHA the Mgr. Was always willing to help if there were problems, with other neighbors around mine. That were causing problems. She made sure the place was well maintained, grass cut, no garbage laying the yards, the snow was always taken care of. The time lived was a nice place. When riff raff would move in they weren't there very long, she'd get them out!! And she hired this really nice maintenance lady, Mel I liked Mel she would always be there to fix something pretty fast if I needed

Put in an application and paid the application fee after the woman I talked to assured me no credit check would be done because they don't run them. They then took my money and sent a letter denying me based on what they found on the credit check. SCAMMERS!

I have been trying to reach out via email for a couple of weeks now. Is there anyway someone can contact me? Or would I have better luck calling?

I contacted via email for an application and asking if the unit was still available. After I paid application and processing fees the unit was suddenly not available. Makes you wonder.

Quiet and clean place to stay. Management Friendly and knowledgeable about the property . Good on site maintenance. Good up keep of lawn and snow removal. Any concerns about your apartment or the property Marcia and Mal Will address right away..

I disagree with the negative post. I have lived at Deer Run for 14 years. The onsite manager does a great job, maintenance is excellent and the people that live here cause no problems. I have very nice neighbors, the rental price is, comparatively, reasonable, and I hope to live here many more years.

One of the worst apartments ever. The management is constantly in your apartment without notice, and if you complain about it they tell you to find another place to live if you don't like it. They allow unlimited numbers of pets, and the walls between apartments are thin, so prepare for constant barking from the multiple neighbors that have 3+ dogs. If your refrigerator or stove breaks expect to be without it for weeks. The one rule they enforce among their tenants is their Christmas lights policy, God forbid you leave your lights out beyond Jan 1st, because guess what... you're getting a fine
