Really great location and lovely environment to live. Sara makes moving in simple and is always friendly upon seeing in passing. The fitness center is nice. The patio and common areas are really great. Free wifi in the lobby and really comfortable and modern apartments. There are tons of options for food within the surrounding 5 blocks. This is one of the best possible locations to live in Green Bay. Great views of the river and right on the City Deck boardwalk.

I recently moved out but highly enjoyed my time at metreau. I lived there for a year and never really had any issues. Sara, the landlord, is fantastic and always making new members of the building feel welcomed. She comes up with wonderful ideas to get the apartment tenants together and is always one call away. The apartment complex is new and I never had any issues with my appliances or the apartment in general. Definitely secured and always felt safe with the key in entrance on multiple occasions. The view of the river is also great and it was amazing to be within walking distance of the farmers
