Lived here for 2 years. It was an average apartment complex but certain experiences I've had here dragged this from 3 to a 2 star rating. They are detailed below.
First things first, the rent is unstable. Every year I lived there they raised the rent. They have risen the rent without updating any of the rooms or amenities, which is the biggest issue I had and what ultimately caused me to move out.
As for the actual room (standard 1 bedroom) - if you're on the first floor, hope you like bugs and never being able to use your patio for anything. I think I counted 7 different species

I just want to say that I appreciate the property...it was easy to move in and very clean. I was impressed with the apartment and I think it will be an excellent place to live in the upcoming year. The gift baskets in both the kitchen and bathroom were an unexpected, but very welcomed surprise. It was very sweet.
There were a couple of things that needed attention...the screen in my bedroom window and the kitchen faucet leaks a bit. Both were attended to promptly.
Other than that...the apartment was in superb condition and I couldn't be happier!
