Lasselle Place

I would of given this place zero stars but you have to give them something. This is the worst place I have ever rented. I really feel like I’m on and episode of Punked. Avoid this place I’m stuck in a lease here for 15 months. Feels like a prison sentence. Here it is 4 months later and I’m here again . Been. Without heat since moving in they have been telling me they were going to fix it. It’s been a month no communication about what’s going on unless I call. So much wrong with this building. And here a side not I have had packages stolen from my front door and we supposed to have parcel

I love living here at lasselle place. Maintenance does an amazing job and are very helpful with anything you need. I needed multiple repairs for the arrival of my move in and they came five minutes after we put in the requests and it got fixed all in the same day. The office staff is very helpful, professional, and friendly. The property always has a place for me to park, which is a plus because I get off work late. And the apartments are beautiful and modern.

Been living here for a few years now and there's some stuff that needs to be worked on but I see that they're getting done slowly but surely so I'm enjoying the new management...

We have been staying here for 6 weeks now on a short term lease and it has been truly ridiculous…. For the price they charge you would think that the management would be decent and that the property would be well maintained but that would be far from the truth. In this short time we have had to make multiple complaints about the lack of security in the complex from our packages being stolen from in front of our door to people blasting their subwoofers at all times of the day… they have done nothing about these issues and when we have a maintenance issue you may as well handle it for yourself

I have some great neighbors and initially liked the office staff, but after new management had come in, things went down hill. The more recent change to management seems to be a definite improvement so hoping things look up.

With COVID being a BIG factor while moving in the office staff was very helpful in seeing through the process. I appreciate all the time, energy and effort to make the move in process as simple as possible.

I’m grateful and understanding they are during covid. I fully recommend this place.

I like the apartment complex. It's quiet. Decent. Clean. At least my side is. The only thing that I don't like, is that, since covid-19... We haven't been able to use and enjoy all of our amenities that we pay for monthly. Yet the shared utilities consistently keep going up every month. That's not fair.

Place is a nice place when moved in... but then management was hard to get a hold off. Had a downs neighbor that would yell and bang at the slightest sounds (don't get a 1st floor if your bothered by people living above you common sense). Management never addressed it. So moved out after a year and they took my $1,000 deposit and charged to "repair." Normal wear and tear is not considered damage. 1 year. Lived in another place where I lived for 3 years. They painted and even had to replace the carpet and I still got my deposit back because IT WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR! Place is a Scam. Good Luck

THEY CHARGED ME $1,600 IN MOVE OUT FEES!! I had no issues until it was time to move out. They want 60 days notice that you're not going to renew your lease and move out. 60 days before my lease expired I spoke to a representative in the leasing office. They said they didn't know what the rent would be to renew. I waited to find out. On 10/6/2020 I found a paper taped to my apartment door from the leasing office that my rent would increase $50 to renew. I immediately called the office, no answer, left a voicemail that I just saw the taped note and that I wasn't going to renew if my rent increased

Very neglectful towards the people who live and pay rent every month at these complex apartments. They never answer their phone,I be calling for days and no one is ever in the office to assist. It’s always something wrong with the apartment amenities . Can’t wait to move out this place .

Something exciting is Lasselle Place-Moreno Valley!! Such a beautiful property to Manage! Our Staff is Personable, Charming and Professional. I can’t wait to see the new renovations fully completed hopefully by the end of 2020! Stay tuned everyone!! 😊💜 🏡
