Rob Shannon with Imperial Home Inspections has done a great job for my clients! He understands the timeline needed for completion of the inspections process, he interacts well with clients during the inspections and is very thorough in completion of his tests and documenting the results. He takes time to explain items to clients, answers questions and helps them understand the severity of the issue at hand. When warranted and appropriate, he makes recommendations to bring in a specialist to further evaluate issues. Rob is competitive on his fees and timely provides a written inspection report,
