Property investing isn't cheap. And it isn't a purchase to take lightly. Yet some investors will purchase a residential investment property and forget the home inspection because they, personally, won't live there. From an investment standpoint, it's risky business to make a large purchase and not know exactly what you're getting.
Radon is a leading cause of lung cancer, second only to smoking. The radioactive gas emitted from the soil is so dangerous that the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE) recommends that all Kansas citizens test their homes for radon and take the appropriate actions if levels are unsafe. The Kansas Radon Program and KDHE published a report recently that shows 41% of Kansas homes tested have radon.

As a first time home buyers, we were extraordinarily nervous for the home inspection process. I am a first time home buyer and our buyers agent recommended Justin with Insight Inspections for our condo inspection. I didn't know what to expect considering I am completely new to this but the experience ended up being great! The inspection was very thorough and Justin made sure to educate me on everything he found. I'm a first time home buyer, so was very unfamiliar with the process. Justin was extremely thorough and personable, not to mention I felt like he was very reasonably priced. Inspections can be stressful, hearing everything that is WRONG with your house. Justin made sure to mention when he had similar issues with his own personal house, which really eases the mind. Very patient with answering any and all questions. He got our report to us within a day, and it was loaded with helpful pictures. I highly recommend using him for home inspections!

We had Justin do a pre-listing inspection on our home and what an excellent experience! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all his findings during the inspection. The report was well written and contained helpful pictures and descriptions for all necessary repairs.
