Hi, I'm Josh the owner of Bright Light Inspections. I am a certified professional inspector and I really enjoy what I do. The first house I bought years ago was an eye opening experience for me. I knew nothing about what I was getting into. This is why I do everything that I can to educate my customers about their homes during my inspections.
Each report is simple to understand and has photos to show you exactly what is going on. Ultimately, I want to help people find good homes and make sure they are informed of any issues that exist. When purchasing a home, it's important to have it inspected by a trained professional. This is what we are here for! Sure, everyone knows a thing or two about a thing or two, but a good inspector knows what problems to look for. I highly recommend Josh for all home inspection needs. Josh was professional, timely, and extremely thorough in his work, which gave me the peace of mind I needed before purchasing an investment home. He took the time to call and review in detail all aspects of my inspection, and was very communicative throughout the entire process.
