Dave has been inspecting houses since 2005. He is ASHI Certified, and a member of the Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. He is a certified FEMA disaster inspector, has more than 30 years in construction, and has experience with Phase Construction Inspections.

Our home & building inspection service is a visual inspection of the structural elements and systems which are accessible. If you have any questions, or are interested in any other services, please contact us so we may discuss your needs. If there is an outbuilding that needs to be included in the inspection, for example a shed or barn, there will be an additional fee.
CLIENT engages COMPANY to conduct a NON-INVASIVE LIMITED VISUAL EXAMINATION and provide an inspection report. The purpose of the inspection is to inform the CLIENT of visually observable material defects of the residential dwelling, commercial building, or other structure (hereafter referred to as property) and its readily accessible systems and components, subject to the LIMITATION OF LIABILITY contained herein.
There are no federal laws governing home inspectors. We are regulated only by the individual states. The laws vary from state to state - and some states don't even have home inspection regulations. One way is through home inspector associations which require training, education, experience, and adherence to ethical standards.
We'll give you the Big Picture analysis of the house you are purchasing or selling. Knowing the condition of a house can help you decide whether or not to buy, negotiate the price, or figure out what might make potential buyers hesitate. Your home inspector will also point out issues - such as water damage - that might seem minor but can lead to, or be a symptom of, much larger problems.

David was so great at inspecting the property that I made offer on. He was friendly and professional and super thoroughly and paid attention to every details. I would definitely use them again! The lady that handles the booking of the inspection appointment was also very polite and friendly.
