After serving four years in the Navy JAG Corps in Norfolk, VA, I decided to open up Roy W. Foxall, P.A. in Fort Myers, Florida, in 1995. My law practice focuses on complex courtroom-based cases such as divorce and civil litigation. In the past few years, Ft. Myers has seen a dramatic increase in foreclosure suits with homeowners facing potential judgments of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
While mortgage foreclosure defense was an occasional area of practice prior to this, it has become one of the main focuses of my firm. Our Fort Myers office is located on First Street in a remodeled downtown building which used to be a charity art gallery. It is only blocks away from both the state and federal courthouses.

Since day 1 talking with Mr Foxall about my Fiance's case he has been very prompt returning my phone calls, explains everything and is very courteous when I ask him a 1000 questions. I believe he's a compassionate person and well worth obtaining. He knows the law and not just gonna tell u what u want to hear to get ur money. His secretary is very nice and polite as well and he now has a client for life not to mention I will recommend him to the moon and back!!! thank you for your time

I wish I would have read more of the reviews! Not only is he unprofessional but I believe him to be unethical and we have followed up with the ethics board. His staff is rude and his secretary hung up on me when I questioned why they didn't do their due diligence. We frequently found out through my fathers soon to be ex-wife things that the attorney had not submitted or been compliant on. Several contempt hearings were set because of his incompetence. Again the only reason we knew about these was because my father's soon to be ex-wife informed us!

I'm in the medical field and was referred to Roy b/c of his reputation. My case lasted a year and involved complex issues of custody, alimony, and business valuation. My contact w/ Roy or his office was almost on a daily basis and I was completely satisfied w/ the outcome, his services, and his staff.
