David Holley was unethical and careless. He didn't respond to emails in a timely manner when I first hired him I had to complain to get him to respond, but he still never got any work done on my case and acted negligent because he forgot to send me notice of court date for mediation. That's as bad as a doctor forgetting surgery date. Lol..
Now I'm suing for my retainer back. I do not recommend this firm to anyone.

We had a very eventful introduction to Florida, as two weeks after moving to Naples, Hurricane Irma arrived. Damage to our house was typical for the neighborhood, which included uplifted and fractured tiles leading to water leakage, wooden floor damage from water leakage and one shattered window despite protection from an exterior metal shutter. When we contacted our insurance company, we were told there was virtually no damage. This was a new experience for us and we didn’t know what would be the best approach of action. After talking with several construction companies, who offered to help
