Guichard has been nothing but the best in my book when it comes to attorney’s. Prior to hiring him I was working with another attorney for my child custody issue. Who did a tremendous job. Unfortunately, I found myself going back to court for a similar situation with child custody but with another child. The lawyer I had couldn’t take my case and told me he really wanted to help me but he couldn’t because he was tied up on my court date with another client and I couldn’t reschedule trial and needed a lawyer quick. This was traumatizing! This man took my money in full! And did NOTHING!!! He wasn’t prepared for court the judge was extremely mad at him and needless to say I should have had somebody else handle my case something as sensitive as my child going to her violent dad! This man is a poor excuse of a lawyer! Money grabber is what he is! If I could give no stars I would he doesn’t know anything! Kept reading from some old document and my judge laughed at him after he was done then all he could say to me is the judge didn’t like him 🙄
