Mr. Brady was very professional. He did a great job on our home inspection for the purchase of our house. He went through every minor and major problem he also sent us a very detailed report with pictures afterwards. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection.

Michael was referred to me and has completed two inspections for my clients this week. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to meet with my clients after the inspection to show and explain his findings in detail and to familiarize them with the ins and outs of their soon to be home. My clients won't ever have to ask "where is my water shut-off", "where is our sewer clean-out", "how often do we change our filter, how do we drain our water heater", etc..
