Our experience with the Wimberg Funeral Home was superb. Diane and the rest of the team were responsive and compassionate throughout the process. The people and facilities were just what our Mother would have wanted. They thought of the things we didn’t even know we needed to think about. Our experience was with the Galloway, NJ location but I’m sure their other location will meet the same standard.
When the time comes again we will place our trust in them.

My 82 year old dad recently passed away in FL but his home is in Galloway. I flew to FL to help my mom. His body was in the hospital morgue. I had no idea what to do. I made one call to Wimberg's in Galloway, and EVERYTHING was taken care of. I mean EVERYTHING. All in one call to a kind person named John Scull who answered the phone. I didn't even have to be transferred to anyone. My dad's wishes were for a traditional funeral. Wimberg's coordinated with a FL funeral home transport my dad from the hospital and to do the embalming. Wimberg's sent me a flight itinerary for my dad to fly into Philly

These guys are awesome. SO professional and really make you feel like family. Losing a loved one is never easy.... ever. But they really went above and beyond to make everything great for the memorial of our Grandmother. From the first call to the last, they could not have been any more accommodating and sympathetic! As morbid as this sounds... I’d definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone who is going through the process of having a memorial service for a loved one. Thank you Wimberg Family!!

I wasn't sure how the death process was gonna go in the time of Covid. When my mema, Ida Broussard passed away, I wasn't sure I would even be able to see her before cremation, but Wimberg accommodated my request for my father and I to view her and they did a beautiful job. Very professional and caring. I will be forever grateful. This isn't the first service they've handled for my family either and everytime they've done an excellent job. Couldn't recommend them more.

My Uncle Joe Mayers funeral was held here. The service was beautiful. As hard as it was for all of his family there was a sense of happiness that filled the room. I believe it was Joe's way of bringing us all together. At the burial site it was frigid. One of the staff noticed a woman shivering without a coat and he immediately rushed over and covered her up with his sports coat. Thank you for the memories

We were so saddened by our loss that Wimberg Funeral Home was chosen based on its proximity to the church. We had no prior knowledge of the organization. We were sorely disappointed with this choice. When out-of-town family called requesting directions or information, they reported rude responses from both a male and a female staff member. I also had a difficult time with an employee; I was promised a return call with information about the burial, but the call never came. My sister had a similar bad experience on the phone with the staff. It is the job of a funeral home to be supportive to family
