These articles will help you understand something about the grief and how we can help ourselves and others through the difficult process. These articles were written by Dr Bill Webster, our Director of Grief Education, and are part of a comprehensive library available on our Grief Journey web portal.
Over the years, there have been numerous attempts to explain it. Perhaps the most influential and well-known theory has been that of Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, who in her 1969 book "On Death and Dying" focused on an emotional transition through five stages, beginning with denial and progressing through anger, bargaining and depression before arriving at acceptance.

They take good care of you here. Even for funerals that they're not accustomed to (for example Chinese) they do some good research and are always with you every step of the way.

I tried to reach this business by phone, I was first placed on hold for five minutes and then after five minutes was told I was speaking to an answering service. Comes across as very impersonal for this type of service
