I have paid for pool service for the last four months. They have came 3 times in that time period. Today is 9/28/21 and the last time they came out was 8/16/21. Took my money at the first of every month but never showed up to clean my pool. My pool now looks like a swamp instead of a pool. Going to cost a lot to get it clean again. Would definitely not recommend. I have called and emailed several times over the past couple months with no response.

Had them for 2 months for pool cleaning/maintenance because I decided I didn't want to clean it myself this summer. They couldn't figure out where to connect the vacuum to the filter for starts. I ended up cleaning the pool myself in the 1st month n got it cleared up in a day when they couldn't get it done in 3 weeks. 2nd month I've called it quits cuz they never vacuumed the debris that's been down there for 3 weeks. Pool was starting to turn green and grow algae because they missed a week and when they returned for the next service they just dumped chlorine and didn't address the algae in the

We love the service Octopus pools provides. I have now had a clean pool properly through all the dust storms etc for more than a year now because of Octopus pools coming to our service.
There have been instances when I was going to need emergency support because of a pool party and some storms. They came on priority!!
Most importantly our pool tech comes with treats on the ready for our golden retriever every single time!! The dog loves it every week and has a really good time.

The owner responded to my needs at a home I just bought. He was almost apologetic when I told him I wanted to replace my equipment rather than repair a 12year old unit. He gave me all the options, information and cost ahead of time. Hard working owner and knowledgeable office staff. I highly recommend.
