I bought a lemon from this place and when I told them that my van that I had just purchased would not move. They told be you bought is as is and no refunds. And didn't care that I had to tow my vehicle to my house. Never again!!!!

The lady on the phone was nice but the manager was terribly rude. I barely knew how operations worked and she was completely disrespectful and took my inquiries far too personal. The whole auction just wants to squeeze out as much money from you as they can, wouldn't recommend.

Called in for some information on a car too make sure it was clean title and actual mileage. They said yes it was clean title actual miles. Went to view the car and noticed a couple things that didnt seem correct. So i carfaxed the car and come to find out its had 17 owners salvage title with a new mileage cluster with not actual miles. If i didnt look myself would have been completely screwed with this car super shady.

Inspection day is a waste of time. You can't start the cars. All you can do is visual inspection.
This auction house has gotten worse over the last two years. They WANT to charge retail prices.

I have bought many good cars here at least 8. It used to be a great place. However more recently there newer cars are way overpriced. These are not consignments but owned by them. I will say if your looking for an old car you can find one at a good price. But newer cars are going to high and they usually have damage and should go lower in my opinion.
Example:
Wrecked front 2015 equinox in the running section starting bid 10k! 2011 buick verrano starting bid 10k faded red paint keyed car! 2011 Camry broken mirrors around donut tire starting 6k offered 4K these cars didn't sell 3 auctions

We have bought a few cars here with no problem. Today we had a guy trying to bid us up so we decided to just let him buy the car. The guy known as "Red" who is an auto dealer decided to withdraw his bid after they had already accepted it. This is the first auction I have ever been to that allows people to do that. Seems pretty shady.

I sold an abandoned vehicle through Payless. I was a little nervous because you have to hand over the title already signed about a week and a half prior to the auction. But the employees were very helpful and answered all of my questions prior to the auction. The auction itself was very interesting with cars selling every 30 seconds. When it was my car's turn, the auctioneer asked if I was there and had me stand by the booth. I had a minimum reserve on the car and when it did not reach it, the auctioneer asked if I wanted to lower the minimum. I did not have to, but I did. We ended up getting close

Great place! The staff members are willing to help and give you advice and guidance. When somebody asks me, I can tell them it's a good thing to go there if you want a good price in an auction.
