Monarch on one hand did a great job with pictures and original photos set up with the first batch of cherry picked items for my house expressed I needed to have complete liquidation of everything in my home.
Michael canceled or didn't show up four different occasions because of personal issues health issues kids being sick and then when he shows up he goes shop at salvation army in Sun City West and thrift stores why you supposed to be working with me says he has to step out and comes back with a couple of dozen items he listed on my estate sale but yet he had no time to list all the other items

Monarch has done a fantastic job. Robert was efficient and very professional. He took all the headaches out of an estate sale when not living in the state plus Covid limitations. Robert and Monarch Auction recently liquidated and auctioned my mothers home in Paradise Valley and we were very pleased with his professionalism and timeliness. When we showed Robert the contents of the home, we were impressed with his knowledge of the many pieces of china and furniture. My husband and I bought a few items at the Tuscan Treasure Auction this week and we were very impressed with Robert‘s customer service. We received responses to all our questions in a promptly manner, items were exactly as described, and it was very easy to navigate through his website. When we went to pick the beautiful pieces we bought, we were kindly greeted by his wife, which also helped us with finalizing our transaction. Robert even helped us loading very heavy objects in the car, and we absolutely appreciated that! We hope to buy more on the next one!!

Our company in July of this year consign several important pieces of Collectibles and antiques with Monarch auction. Robert did a very good job listing and selling them. And the photography was excellent. We have now consigned several more pieces for a complete auction that has just been listed on Monarch.
