I have been to quite a few of Fidelity Estate Services sales over the past few years. I am consistently impressed with the level of professionalism by Bo and his team. They do an excellent job to showcase items for sale, explain how the auction process works, get bidders checked in, and move through the bidding. They treat everyone fairly and with respect. I also love that they have fun throughout the sale! I have recommended their services to others and will continue to do so in the future.

If you want a company that does not treat you with respect, drinks YOUR alcohol on the job (and leaves open cans in your backyard), puts thousands of dollars worth of power tools uncovered in your backyard for two weeks, lacks any and all professionalism, shows up late, will not communicate (I am leaving this comment because the owner has chosen not to respond to any of my concerns), leaves trash behind, doesn’t even attempt to sell multiple high value items, because his crew is lazy, doesn’t close the garage after themselves so items get stolen out of your garage (and then tells you to find

I have worked with Fidelity Estate Services on a few occasions, both as a buyer and a seller, and I have been pleased with each experience. Their sales are run professionally and handled respectfully, and as a seller, I can say they are obtaining great prices for their product. Bo and Kelsee are clear and concise and and have kept me well informed throughout the process and there's no hidden surprises with them. Their sales are fun to attend, and full of great product. When I have sold with them, I'm paid almost immediately after the sale concludes, and I'd definitely hire them again if need be

I got into estate auctions through Fidelity Estates, and it's been a rewarding experience in every sense on the word. Bo is highly entertaining and knows his stuff - NEVER has he "oversold" a piece or portrayed it as something that it wasn't, unless in jest. He doesn't aggrandize clunkers but will go to bat for his clients if the bidding is falling short on high value items...despite the auctions being no reserve, he will not just give things away, and has thus actually steered me towards some fairly valuable purchases over the years where I entered the bidding based almost purely on him standing

I have been to Many Different auctions in this state of Arizona and going to a Fidelity Estate Services auction is an enjoyment that I look forward to always. Bo and Kelsee are always looking out for their client’s best interest and that shows when they get the highest price on items auctioned. As a buyer the experience is very simple you show up at the auction get a number recite the pledge of Allegiance then bid until you get the item you want then pay very simple. Remember these are no reserve auctions and prices go to the highest bidder regardless of their perceived value.

The first time I found Fidelity Estate Services was probably about two or three years ago. I saw an auction of theirs that had some items that I was interested in. From the very first auction I attended I thought they were very well put together and not only professional but very personable. At the beginning of their auctions they Raise the American flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance. After the first appointment, 5 stars but by the end 1 star. This was my experience: Seller Beware. What should have been a huge success was a giant failure, at least for us and I will have to bare that burden on behalf of four estates the rest of my life.
Lesson 1 we were told Fidelity Estate's clients would pay more than spot for silver and gold coins and bars; for the most part that is NOT the case and then you have to pay the commission. I advise going to your local Gold and Silver exchange; a lot less commission and you'll get spot price.
