Sierra Auction is one of the best auctions out there. Their staff is friendly and kind. If you have any problems they will try to work with you. If you have any questions their staff is always more than happy to help. I have purchased around 40+ vehicles from Sierra and they never fail to disappoint.

I've been following the Sierra Auctions for about 8 years, and have participated in 8-10 different events. This week, we won some items from the Charter School auction in Fountain Hills. Brian (auction manager) is probably the best auction manager we've ever dealt with! Helpful, friendly, and accommodating, Brian went WAY out of his way to help some unprepared winning bidders, and remained professional throughout. He's a heck of an asset to Sierra Auction - Please thank him on our behalf. I'll definitely be more likely to bid on any auction he's managing!

I bought a 2007 Volvo back in August had a mechanic look at it only to find out that the mileage on the vehicle we’re actually manipulated so mileage isn’t 120245 like the listing stated and also engine is no good I paid 3,000 for a lemon what a waste of money that I didn’t have just to give away.. I hope there is something the Sierra Auction can do to make sure no one else get a vehicle with falsified information

Sierra Auctions is The Place to find what you’ve been looking for! I got A pretty good deal on a SAR2! Its no longer made and people are asking 2000 plus! if your hesitant about auctioning (I was) just do it! if your really worried you can always check the firearm out before you buy by going to see it but In my case I made an educated gamble And it was worth it! There are fees but read up on them before buying and calculate that on top of your bid! As long as you move smart you can’t go wrong. Lori and the whole staff their were a pleasure to work with I will be back and refer others.

Unfortunately the fees just keep going up. If you bid $3,000 you better believe you will actually pay $3989.80 that is TOO MUCH " fees to purchase a vehicle at an auction. I see vehicles that get auctioned off over & over & over & over again because once you receive the invoice it's a totally different number than you expected. It used to be around 18% but it's up to around 33% in the last couple months. Also buyer beware. I've purchased vehicles that are in the running vehicle section but they not only didn't run they had the engine partially taken apart and

I had given them specific instructions on how to list my items. They were extremely unorganized and had me put my lots on pallets. They just sold each pallet as one lot after I told them which lots were on which pallets and had given them a breakdown as to what was to be included. Sierra Auction had totally disregarded everything I told them which led to massive profit losses. Very upset about this and I feel scammed.

Not really an auction since they "pass" on many vehicles if they don't reach the price they want. I have seen the same vehicles relisted several times. They should say there is a reserve or start at a minimum bid so people don't waste their Saturdays. Or, just run a used car lot and list the price (but then they wouldn't be able to charge the seller and buyer fees).

SHOW UP BEFORE 1:30 ON SATURDAY!!
apparently when the auctioneer says you have untill 2:00 to pick up ur purchases , he really means when you show up at 1:40 they will be closed, because they closed at 1:30 . you won't find this out online .. you have to show up to find out . even if you have paid in full and completed the waiver - you're burnt !!!

This used to be a great place to win things, now it's been the worst customer service comparatively speaking. Nellis and Auction nation have much better customer service. When you try to zelle them and their zelle shows as "This zellepay@sierraauction.com has been suspended. Call (844) 228-7641 to resolve the issue." They do nothing to assist you. You end up paying their "service" fee alongside their "auction" fee. And if you don't pay, you get blacklisted.

What a joke of a car! Paid way too much after fees and taxes for a car that was literally missing steering components. Found them in the trunk! Making it so unsafe to drive. Not to mention all the other problems some lazy joker of a technician tried to hide! Not ASE for sure! Terrible customer service. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Your response is as big a joke as your operation. The odometer doesn’t work! I want my money back!

Seems like a decent company and the employees are nice however, when bidding on vehicles, the rates or terms of payment are outrageous and steer people away from bidding on the items. An example are the taxes 8.6% plus the tiered buyers premium and the additional 3% for credit or debit card purchases along with the additional 2% for god knows what. It is a bit excessive and I think if you didn't spend so much time nickel and diming people that folks would be more inclined to bid. Take a note from WSM.

First visit was a positive experience. Had a hard time of figuring out where to park. I decided to park on the side of the road North of main entrance. Not the safest neighborhood to leave your car unattended. Friendly staff who are more than willing to volunteer assistance and go beyond the expected level of customer service.

This is a horrible auction that list lower miles when knowing it is wrong.
I bought a car from them on their on line auction that was listed with 22,000 miles. When I received the car I pulled the vin and it was listed with 221,000 miles. Not worth the dirt it was sitting on.
When I called the auction company they just told me that that was my fault for not checking the miles on it.
Horrible, bait and switch and fraudulent listing the miles. Contacting my lawyer.
Here's the critical detail they think I left out. They have a title with over 200,000 miles on it. Verified on 2/18/21. But at auction

This was the first time I went to this place to pick up. Google map showed the wrong entrance to the place. You need to enter from 35th Ave. The place was crowded and under staffed. But the staff was friendly and helpful most of the time. Signed the paperwork and waited about 45 minutes per get my item. They have jacked up the fee and it's expensive to buy something from here, everyone who are buying from here have realized it already.

I've bought a few things from Sierra over the last 18 months or so and the staff have always been great. The staff is busy, but they will help you load up with a forklift or whatever when they get some time.
I've noticed a few things in common with a lot of the negative reviews, so here's come advice.
1. Take the time to go down there and inspect the items before bidding. Especially vehicles. This is true for an auction or Craigslist. I can't believe how many reviewers have complained after they couldn't be bothered to show up for the preview.
2. This is an auto auction

You are correct Anthony B buyer remorse for sure, but again this vehicle should have never been listed as a running vehicle and your auctioneer should have never talked it up like it was a great maintenanced vehicle because that is definitely not the case at all. The dealer that put it in the auction should have also never listed the vehicle as operational, hen I can't even drive it thats not an operational vehicle, just some shady selling practices for sure.

Don't trust this company. Scammed me so hard with a car they said runs and drives also had a picture of the dash cropped in so I couldn't see the check engine light and seatbelt lights on. Also wouldn't allow me to see the car until after paid in full "due to covid concerns" so I paid and then got a car with a dead battery bad alternator And fried engine that barley made it around the corner before it died on me. Really screwed me over and now I'm stuck with a heavy paper weight that cost me almost $2700. Never trust this company. They are scammers. And they will

I purchased many items from Sierra Auctions over the last two years.
They are always helpful, and have very good customer service.
I enjoy going to see the items in person, before bidding on high priced items. I bought two cars from them and both where great deals. I will continue to watch their auction for Surplus, and Cars.

We discovered their Surplus Auctions in Phoenix & Tucson when looking for a place to consign a vehicle for sale. We're sort of new to auctions (other than eBay), but for us (in 2020), Sierra Auctions is the best of the two companies we follow.
WOW! They have a great selection and always some very interesting items, with property auctions about twice a month. Values are extremely fair and you can score some amazing deals (steals!!!) in jewelry, small appliances, tech stuff like Laptops, iPads, smart watches & bluetooth speakers, plus other stuff you didn't even know you needed
