I spoke with a Fulton Grace realtor about helping me find a new tenant for my current apartment. After an initial phone call I did not hear from her for 3 weeks. When I reached out I got no response.
I called the office and sent in the details on the unit and was promised "We'll get back to you within the day". That was weeks ago and I have yet to hear back.
I understand they may be busy or uninterested in working with me but it would have been nice to hear that upfront instead of waiting for a response.

Fulton Grace is an incredible company. The team is polite, professional and actually care. That means the world to me. The walkthrough, application and move in process was smooth. Once we got into our home we found a few issues and Fulton Grace handled business immediately. They made sure we were set and happy, better, they made sure we were safe.
They deserve more than 5 gold stars.

After an unfortunate incident, Fulton Grace was prompt in reaching out to communicate about what occurred with transparency and honesty. I applaud Fulton Grace Realty (particularly employees Abby Felderman and Jamie Kraut) for their earnest demonstration of accountability and intention to rectify the situation. I have leased with Fulton Grace since I believe March. The unit I have been renting is infested with flies. I started to contact Fulton Grace about the issue via calls and emails only to fall on death ears. My emails was left not responded too for days at a time and sometimes forever. My calls and voicemails were unanswered. I was told one time that someone would come out and spray. I never was informed that they came which I’m sure the very first time one one came at all. The next time (weeks later) I was told they came but they didn’t see flies and they cleaned the vents. I also informed

I have nothing but great things to say about Pete Gikas, the agent I worked with at Fulton Grace. I was in town for a short period of time and I reached out to him at the last minute. He made time to show me some rentals, and he was friendly and reliable. He was very knowledgeable about the rental market and explained some nuances to me that I hadn't know prior to working with him.

Samantha and Zach were great to work with. I used their expertise and services to fix up a condo that had been rented for the past 12 years. Samantha was able to not only give me tips on fixing it up but help me identify a reliable and competent contractor for the work. They priced the unit correctly and it rented within a couple of days. Vanessa Griggs is running an apartment scam out of this place, RENTERS STAY FAR AWAY. They put up decent properties that are worth the price that aren't actually vacant (I've talked to the tenants on Grace) and then try to push a crappies and more expensive property on you. Go to a more reputable agency

Are the worst management group I have ever worked with. I have been trying for the past 4 weeks to get my washing machine fixed and every step they have been dragging their feet. By the time that they approve the maintenance we are scheduling late into the fallowing week because they get booked up. On top of that the repair men have had to come… back 3 times because each time they have come in there is one more thing they have to go get in order to repair it properly. There is no consideration for the tenants living in their properties or how their negligence impacts their lives. They are

I scheduled two tours with two different "agents" and they flaked and thought it was okay to email within an hour of the tours that they were cancelling. DO NOT work with them if you're not willing to throw money at their face because that is all they cater to. Not actually helping people find apartments/a new living space... Very odd and disappointed with the lack of professionalism i experienced within a 48hr time span.

We were able to share our top apartment choices, and then he set up our viewings, kept us up to date when places were no longer on the market, and he helped us submit our application packet with 24 hours of viewing our preferred apartment. He also helped us decide what apartments were worth view based on our preferences and informed us in advance about extra monthly fees.

Working with Tiffany (an associate of Ashleigh Cummins) as my broker was a fantastic experience! A broker from a different agency canceled the night before the tours and Tiffany was able to coordinating getting
me into all the properties I wanted to see plus others she thought I would like. She was knowledgeable about all of the properties and extremely responsive to my questions before and after touring. She also successfully negotiated with the rental company on my behalf. I loved working with Tiffany! She made apartment hunting a smooth and enjoyable process.

They are terrible at management. The building next to me has junk in the back for weeks collapsing my fence, and we’ve had to get on them to cut their weeds down in front. Don’t know about any other of their places but the neighbors on this block have called them a lot but to no response. They seem to respond to Facebook tho.

Although I was interested in a unit, my experience was not as I hoped. Nothing bad but I got a call from one of the realtors letting me know it was rented. On the phone he would let me know he has other units and he would email me some places but he never did and never reached back out. I did let him know it was no longer necessary after a few days (because I never got emails I didn't want to waste more time) but he never responded back either. So what was the point in wasting each other's time.

Last year we got an apartment from Fulton Grace in Andersonville. The space was fine at first but once we settled in we realized there were a lot of things that weren’t up to code. Our heaters didn’t work, we had a broken window all year that never got fixed, single pane wooden windows frames that were either plexiglass or sealed shut and by the… end of our lease our landlord padlocked our fire escape shut. Our landlord even threatened to evict us once for no reason.
When we mentioned it to Jason, the realtor that we used, he told us it wasn’t in his preview to help us

My girlfriend and I worked with Fulton Grace to find our new apartment. They were fast, friendly, and responsive. We had a good experience working with their agents.
Fulton Grace was also VERY helpful in resolving a landlord issue with our current management company, Domus Group (https://www.domusgroupllc.com/). We had a dirty & damaged apartment on moving day (this was on Domus Group to fix), and Fulton Grace's team helped guide us on what steps my girlfriend and I should take to protect ourselves and get things fixed. They even hopped on the phone with me to make sure we were ok.
