As always, Dr. Goulet was thorough and answered my questions in terms I could understand. Erin in the optical department has helped me several times over the years and I enjoy working with her.

We were seen on time. The medical assistant, Bailey (sp?) is lovely, personable and acted as though she were happy to see us. Dr. Miller is thorough, gentle and knows her stuff. We both had the most complete eye exam that we have ever experienced. In addition, the office staff is polite and welcoming. We have definitely found our eye care people!

We have been frustrated over the past few years with poor customer service in the office, feeling rushed, and long wait times. Doctors and techs have not supported us having to bring our young family into appointments with us, even before Covid. I've worn glasses and contacts for many, many years, and have seen many eye care professionals, and am unimpressed with Brighton Eye Care. We'll continue to search around the Portland area for a decent eye doctor.
