Due to the new mandate we are required to have everyone wear a mask when entering the office. Dr. DuBois and his entire staff really know how to run a tight operation. He got my eye prescription nailed perfectly. It's so nice to be able to see clearly; I had started to be less connected to the things that require good vision. I'm back! I owe a debt of gratitude to this eye care center for helping make that a reality. Thank you!

Alyssa is clearly new, but pleasant and tries none the less.
The other female, however, needs a lesson in customer relations. Of course I don't have her name, but about the third time she made a snarky comment from behind the desk regarding the fact I accidentally handed them the wrong card at first (thought I couldn't hear her? Well I DID) I told her there is a certain way to handle things like a mistake and accusatory statements then making snarky comments about it, isn't it. It's called a mistake, kind of like the one you made that lead to this review. I never actually meet the doctor, so I
