Hattan's Appliance Repair ("Hattans") was started back in 1971 by Rich Hattan and his wife. They started with one truck and grew the business over the next 44 years to one of the most trusted appliance repair companies in Northwest Oregon. In 2015, KJ Page, a US Navy Veteran, acquired the business from Rich Hattan, who was looking to coast into retirement and wanted someone with the same level of integrity that he and his wife stood for, to take over the business.
KJ has since expanded the company to include ten employees, including six factory certified technicians, and expanded the geographic coverage from Woodburn, Oregon to the South on up to Vancouver and Camas, Washington in the North; and from Sandy, Oregon in the East to Banks, Oregon in the West.

Where can I find the model number? The model tag is usually in a visible location, on the front of the appliance (not on the back). The items with a "*" next to them are appliances that we are licensed to work on under factory warranty. All of the others are brands that we can work on out of warranty.
Big changes have taken place in environmental laws. The phosphates we have relied on for so many years have been banned from both dishwasher and washing machine detergent. The result is that your detergent just does not clean like it used to. Great for the environment but changes what we need to do to get our dishes clean.
