Superior Appliance Service is family-owned and operated in Beavercreek, Oregon City. Since opening in 1982, we treat every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch. My technical background 9 thru 12th and college in electrical- electronics's.
Also I attended Owen O. Sabin occupational skill center with top grades. We are well seasoned for some of the toughest technical problems. We strive to please everyone, we keep a level head and smooth out situations when a customer is not happy and when their product is causing them grief. At Superior Appliance Service, we take care to provide our customers with high quality services personalized for their unique product needs. We are available for your repair five days a week and saturdays, if work load is needed. Also same day service when possible. After twenty minutes of work the repair guy said he needed a part to fix the dryer...OK So he left, came back hours later and within ten minutes said he couldn't fix it and then proceeded to charge me $86 for thirty minutes of work... and left me with a three year old broken dryer. They say they have thirty years of experience but i didn't see it, how do you not know how to fix a three year old dryer? How do you justify $90 for thirty minutes of work.
