All accessory magnets and pins will be sent out on the same working day if ordered before 1pm EST unless they are purchased with name badges. If placed with a name badge order they will be shipped with the badges on the service chosen in the checkout process. 80% ethanol alcohol, fast drying, non-rinse formula.

Our website has a fantastic, easy-to-use name badge designer and we've developed some great how-to videos to help you design your perfect badge. We aim to ship all orders within 4-7 business days of confirmed payment unless it's for a very large quantity. All FedEx shipments take 1-2 days for transit.

I recently ordered 200+ magnetic name badges for our company and they came out beautifully. We were easily able to upload our own artwork and the color, clarity and detail is exceptional. We have used them 3 times for name badges... the quality is very good (strong magnets), the website is easy to use and the customer service is SHOCKINGLY good. We had made a few errors on names and sent a chat request on the website but had to walk away from the computer before anyone could answer. My phone was ringing 20min later and someone from customer service was trying to help me because of the chat message I started and never finished. NOW THAT'S good Customer Service. My only ask would be to put a thicker coating on the metal backing of the badge so when people sweat (we work outside) that

Our first order of business name tags turned out great. When I needed to order additional name tags for new employees, Yesenia helped me through a Live Chat session to transfer our company's ordering account to my name (the employee who ordered them before has moved to a different office). NBI has done great work for me through out the years and I order all of my office name badges through them. I had an issue recently that was really a post office issue and not an NBI issue, but Jonathan R. at NBI took care of it right away.
