What I like the most is just how appreciative the NAI Elliott team is of the work that we do. On more than one occasion after working a long snow storm the NAI Elliott team has surprised us with donuts as an expression of gratitude. It is these special touches that really show the love that NAI Elliott has for their work!

We’ve been having heating and cooling issues for a year now. And the company don’t respond to emails and calls. Says that they are going to send maintenance to fix it. Then they said everything checks out and still having issues. Hvac won’t even turn on.
They are unreliable and can’t depend on them for an answer

I lease a space in the Ford Building and have had a great experience with the building staff and property management team. From signing the lease to handling building maintenance issues that come up, everything has gone very smoothly. Also, the building maintenance staff have been really easy going and wonderful to work with.

I have worked with NAI Elliott for several years now, engaging the property management team, commercial leasing and minor input from brokerage. I have received excellent service even during times of management transitions. The pandemic definitely exposed all of our weakest sides and so far we are continuing forward with not too much collateral damage. I am grateful to say the least.

A building was listed as "available immediately", we met with the agent and were told our timeline was acceptable. We then were told several times that we would be getting a lease and the keys, but repeatedly this did not happen. Our experience felt more like being ghosted than a business transaction. We ended up having to find another location to move into last minute. I'm not sure if the issue was with the owner or the agency, but overall it was not an experience I expected to have in a professional setting and I would not recommend this company if you are looking to move quickly.

A good company to work for but the portfolio manager for multi-family is unscrupulous. Does not represent his property owners, customers or employees in an honest manner. Do your due diligence here. He will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite intentionally. The company is well aware of this and that is why the low rating.
