I lived in their property for 22 months, 6 months into lease, I started complaining about neighbor downstairs noise till 3am. After 14 months of complaints about my neighbors CONSTANT noise, I told them I'm leaving, gave 68+ days notice of vacate and they STILL charged be for a month and a HALF on TOP of paying for my final 2 months. Then taking more than 2/3rd of my deposit for "nail hole" "cleaning carpets" I paid for professional carpet cleaning at exit, yet THEY charged me AGAIN, same goes for EVERY nickel and dime they could tack on. I advise no ONE to live in the Ridge or The Milo, and any

This is the worse place I ever lived :I moved here to help a family. The people upstairs think they own the place : party all night even13 years old girls are partying with them . They stomp on the ceiling : smoke pot and play video game all night long . All that toms to me is call the police : really over this ; they don’t have the decency to respect people wow the only hope is God

Collin and Carlene are two of the worst excuses for human beings I've encountered. They have no souls, no conscience and they have zero respect for their tenants. Neither of them should be working with things that deal with people's HOMES!! Collin is lucky he didn't say what he said to me to a man in person.

I rented at Bethany 5 prior to me leaving I paid for someone to clean my apartment/ detail it. My apartment was always clean as I paid for someone to clean it almost every week. So I was surprised to be charged $150.00 as a cleaning fee $50.00 for carpet and $600 to re paint . My almost $1500 deposit after other fees is now 670. In all my years renting I have never had so many fees. I’m at a lost right now. My walls didn’t need to be re pained and I have never been charged for paint in my many years renting .

Currently living at Fountain Park Apartments. This is the worst experience of my renting life. Biggest nightmare "management" team I have ever had to deal with. Calling them unprofessional and worthless are understatements. They don't answer phone calls, they don't respond to emails. In the rare chance that you do somehow reach them and put in a work order for maintenance, no one will show up on your scheduled day and no one will answer your call or be at the office for an answer.

They are very sneaky with your security deposit refunds so be sure to get everything in writing. I have tired to get an explanation as to what all the bogus charges deducted from refund are for and I have yet to hear from any supervisors over the property manager. They are thefts and will take money they are not entitled to. I believe they are unprofessional and have poor ethics. They discriminate against service animals and the elderly, all of them should be ashamed of themselves and at the least I pray someone treats them with the same ugliness they have showed me when they are my age.

Unethical increases of rent during a pandemic. Unprofessional lack of communication, citing stipulations in leasing agreements to not contact tenants of their rent increases.
I had the pleasure of speaking with our new property manager, Amanda, who had explained that the former property manager (Julia) had not been correctly book-keeping. Amanda explained that the increases of rent and billback were due to Julia's failure to correctly charge tenants. Was harassed mercilessly at one of their properties, they allowed open drug use and theft in the parking lot. Every single day when I went to my car to go to work or when I went out on a walk with my dog or when I went out to go get the mail, I would be yelled at by one or more of the tenants that lived around me. if I said anything I was threatened with a notice of violation, and the harassment continued and escalated. I am a homeowner and live by these apartments. I am speaking on behalf of several of my neighbors and wish to address the absolute disregard for the tenants that have pets who reside at these apartments! I've tried calling several times to management regarding sending some type of notice to their tenants about the continuous disrespect their tenants who own animals have with urinating and leaving feces on our front lawns.
