Greenbridge Properties' Core Values are deeply ingrained principles that guide all of our decisions. Lease Fee: 50% of first month's rent. This is a one-time fee covering everything from the first day that we meet to the day we sign a lease with the tenants. All photos, marketing, showings, background checks and paperwork are included in this fee. We do NOT charge another lease fee when an existing tenant is renewing their lease.

Dave holds an advanced degree in Real Estate Investment from Portland State University and has been involved in the acquisition and sale of investment real estate since 2006. During this time he has represented individual investors, institutional clients, investment partnerships and family trusts. While his strength is multifamily properties, he has also represented buyers in dozens of single family home rentals.

We moved into the property during covid. Greenbridge made the move-in stress free and worked with us regarding move-in dates.
As far as responsiveness goes, each of the few things we needed fixed or tended to were met with professionalism and we never waited more than a day, even for things that weren’t too important.
Our apartment was beautiful and we never had any issues with things working improperly. Communication was always prompt, clear and friendly.
I would recommend anyone sign with Greenbridge properties.

Moved in to a house property in SW Portland to help support a family member who was renting. Greenbridge was very accommodating to the change in residence and was always quick and helpful in responding to various maintenance requests made in the year I was there. When the house owner wished to sell the property, Greenbridge was a fantastic intermediary in helping us coordinate the move out timing with the owner. Rena especially helped make an otherwise difficult time as smooth as possible.

Greenbridge Properties was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout my 3+ year tenancy. Additionally, as a home office worker, they would accommodate my meeting schedule whenever maintenance had to be done, which made any maintenance or servicing stress-free. The assistant manager at my apartment, Megan, was great and was always quick to respond to anything we needed.

I loved living at my apartment under greenbridge management. They were very quick to inform tenants of anything going on at the property, and were very active updating security measures that made me feel very safe living here. They were very quick to respond to maintenance requests. Megan and Drew are great, Megan even checked in with me after my first night at the new place to see how it went which was so thoughtful.

We found the house on Craigslist when we moved back to the Portland area. The approval process was painless. Megan S. was helpful and polite on the entire process. Derek T. was so good to deal with on any resident issues (property problems). The payment portal and feedback were very easy to use. We highly recommend Greenbridge Property Management.

I lived at The Claremont for about two years and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The management team was very professional and responsive and the apartment complex was very quiet and had a really nice community vibe. It is an older building, so you’ll hear some creaks and footsteps every now and then, but as long as you have neighbors that are respectable and mindful of that, then you’ll be alright!

We were tenants of Greenbridge Properties and had NOTHING but the BEST experience with their company from the beginning! They were extremely friendly, prompt to respond, and it was a pleasure to work with them. When the owners of the house decided to sell the house, they helped guide us through the process and made sure that we were taken care of and understood what was going on. If they had other rentals available, we would have chosen to stay with Greenbridge! We highly recommend them.
